They were courteous and worked professionally staying out of our way as much as possible. It snowed very hard while they were here, so they brushed off our car and drove it back into the garage before they left. Being a senior citizen, I truly appreciated that.

I had originally arranged for another service to clean our air ducts, but when the other company didn't follow through, I contacted Nuts & Bolts. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, Doug was great. He answered every question I had about the cleaning procedures, both on the phone and in person when he and Kerry came by for an estimate. They were able to schedule the cleaning less than a week after providing the estimate, and they did so at a time that was most convenient for my work schedule. And they were very understanding when I told them about the cell phone that had fallen down one of the ducts a couple of weeks earlier. On the day of the appointment, Doug & Kerry arrived on time and got right to work. They were able to get all of their equipment into the basement, then took a few moments to best determine how to proceed with the air duct cleaning. They opted to focus on the duct with the lost cell phone first, and within a few minutes, they had retrieved it, still in relatively good shape! :-) Doug & Kerry worked very quickly and thoroughly to clean all of the vents and ducts in the house, and they treated my partner and I with courtesy and respect. Once the job was complete, Doug showed me the dirt & gunk that had been collected, and he pointed out the areas where he & Kerry accessed and sealed the ducts. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work that they performed, and I will definitely recommend them to others.

We recently hired Nuts and Bolts Home Services to clean the heating/cooling air ducts throughout our 50+ year old Prairie Village home. We were very pleased with the work performed. They were on time, professional, worked very efficiently and even took the time to explain the process. I was amazed and almost embarrassed at what they were able to vacuum out of our ducts. The service has already shown vast reductions in dust buildup and increased efficiency. Wish I had not waited so long to have this service performed on my house. It is a must have service, especially for those that live in areas of older homes. I will definitely recommend the Nuts and Bolts Home Services to all my friends and co-workers.
