WHEN WE HAD A FLOOD, THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY, GOT THE WATER PUMPED OUT, AND PUT ON MULTIPLE LARGE FANS FOR DRYING. BECAUSE OF THEIR QUICK ACTION, WE WERE ABLE TO SALVAGE ALMOST EVERYTHING EXCEPT CARPET PADDING AND OF COURSE, THE LAMINATE WOOD FLOOR. THE WOOD CABINETS WERE BASICALLY UNHARMED AND NEEDED TOUCH UP STAINING ONLY. THEY PUT DOWN A NEW PAD FOR THE CARPET. DRYWALL WAS NOT AN ISSUE THANKFULLY. THEY DID A FINE JOB AND REALLY HELPED US OUT.
Description of Work: DRY OUT, CLEAN UP, AND RESTORATION OF BASEMENT AFTER SUMP PUMP FAILURE DURING A 10 INCH RAINSTORM. WE HAD FINISHED BASEMENT WITH LAMINATE FLOOR, HIGH QUALITY CARPET, NICE MAPLE AND CHERRY CABINETS. GOT 4 - 5 INCHES OF STANDING WATER IN THE BASEMENT.
