Description of Work: The service tech was very polite and punctual. However he took more time trying to sell us other services than it took him to add a 120 outlet. '$495 was overpriced for adding an outlet in an unfinished space with about 15 feet of line.

The client needed a dedicated circuit for a new range. It included a new breaker, electrical wiring, and receptacle. Part of the job was in open area (basement), but it also had to fished through the wall to the range location. We always price our jobs upfront and this was no exception. The client approved the price prior to the work being done. I have reached out to this client to see if we can resolve this and make everyone happy.

Description of Work: I had a couple of light swithces replaced and my gas log fireplace tuned up because it kept turning off. Unfortunately the tune up did not resolve the problem so MVP sent out another technician to take care of the problem at no charge. Both men were very professional.

Description of Work: though just did not work out for a number of reasons. Before the work can be done, a large tree needs to be trimmed or removed (b/c the power line goes through the tree branches), and the power line itself from the pole to my house needs to be raised, and a permit has to issued by KCK. B/C it will take a while to accomplish the preliminary work, I decided not to use this big deal at this time. I highly recommend MVP Electrical.
