I called them about a tune up special and they promptly responded. They completed the tune up in a timely manner and were very kind and professional. I would use them again.

AC system performed much better after service, but needed later work to perform even better. This was no fault of MVP's. Just age of the system.

It took a while but he fixed it and it has worked perfectly since. Price was a little high, but they came out quick and stayed late.

This was a very painless and positive experience. The technician was punctual, polite and very thorough. He explained everything he was doing and the results at length.

MVP has always been professional and courteous with excellent staff. I would highly recommend them.

The work was completed ahead of the original schedule and was done professionally. I was originally scheduled for two weeks from the day I called them. A few days after that, they called me because they had a cancellation elsewhere and fit me in a week ahead of the original schedule. They didn't have to do this and I am sure there were others ahead of me.I would recommend MVP to anyone and plan on using them for future projects in my house.

The technician arrived on time and installed it quickly.

Electrician made a good job of the can lights and ceiling patch. However, whilst installing the lights he drilled through the ceiling and damaged my bedroom hardwood floor. This took 3 months to put right and I had to call a few times to chase them up. Not the best customer service I have encountered! The company was very apologetic but I feel that if they really cared about the customer they should have repaired the damage within 3 weeks not 3 months.

Used Angie's List deal. Everything went great. Good value.

The visit went well. The technician checked the ac and found it low on freon and added a small amount. He cleaned the unit and checked the system over and was done.

I have an old house that we renovated. The kitchen was very dark and the recessed light offer was just what this galley type kitchen needed. The technician was skeptical how he would get 4 recessed lights in this kitchen but he went through the attic, made careful planning and now I am so pleased with these lights. My kitchen is now bright and these lights update my kitchen even more than my renovation did. I then talked with this same technician about my bathroom that had no vent. He told me where and what to buy (the vent) and he came back to install the bathroom vent. He was punctual and very professional and I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

Busy summer so I understand the vendor possibly got busy as I was also busy.

The tech. did a great job in replacing all the outlets in the house. The cost was alittle more as we had several special outlets installed. I will use this company in the future if I have any elect.problems.

I had an issue with a pond pump, and we thought it was the related outlet. It turned out to be the pump, so they gave me a discounted price - which was Great! $170 for a 15 minute visit to plug in an extention cord and pump would have been a bit much. I'm not the best example for a reveiw, but they were very professional and would use again for major electrical.

The MVP tech was well versed in our particular system and went about his task in a very efficient manner. Whenever I had a question about the operation of the system he was willing to stop and explain the answer. He treated me as an MVP (Most Valuable Person) with respect and courtesy.

When I called to make the appointment, staff was very friendly and since it was not an emergency they scheduled us for the following week. The technician called when he was en route to our home, which was great because we had actually forgotten, and my husband could run home and meet him. The technician arrived in clearly marked MVP Electric vehicle. It made me feel like they were true professionals. He did a throrough review of our AC unit, checking inside and out, and answered all my husband's questions, specifically related to the unit, and not related but on overall heating and cooling.
