They were good and prompt. They did a good job. We asked them a bunch of questions and they were very professional.

They were very prompt in calling me back and setting up an appointment. The guy showed up on time and told me the job would only take 30 minutes, which the job did. I've made a note to use them again for any electrical needs as I was so impressed by MVP.

They were excellent. They came in and did what I wanted to have done and took care of everything right away. The quality of work was excellent. The fact that they had everything they needed with them was another plus. They were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. It didn't seem like their pricing was excessive. If you need somebody, they seem to be knowledgeable and they were prompt and efficient. I think they were a good value for what they did.

Their technician was very professional. He brought the panels in all three buildings up to code and installed GFCI receptacles in one of the buildings. I would definitely use MVP again.

The gentleman arrived on time. It was a blustery, cold and rainy day. He ran a new electrical outlet to our front porch. His work was very neat and tidy. He did not track up the house even though it was rainy. He was very careful to pickup after himself. I was very pleased with the way the outlet looked and the work he did inside to be able to do the installation. He was very careful to make sure it was placed exactly where I wanted it and to try to please us with his work. The only draw back was the fact that he did try to sell me other services, which I declined. I guess that is to be expected and part of his job. The complete installation was done for the "Big Deal" price.

The disapointing part of this experience was I bought yet another "BIG DEAL" from Angie's List - appearatnly I didn't understand the 'terms and conditions' well enought. It was $225 for 'Up to four hours" of electrical work. I had four light fixtures in the kichen I wanted replaced. When the service providerd showed up he gave me an estimate for $477.00 - I was bewildered. I explained the coupon. He said he could deduct that from the price. Instead, I deducted three of the four light fixures and had him replace the one with the broken wire. $64.00 Service call for showing up + $149.00 to replace and repair the one fixture. $213.00 total and that took care of the AL Big Deal Coupon. Provider was a nice, neat in appearance and friendly fellow. I'm happy with the work. He was nice enought to walk down to my mother's house and give me a price on replacing her ceiling fan for me. Other than my confusion with how this coupon worked I was happy and am planning on having him return to do my mother's ceiling fan.

Good service. The se rev iceman explained what was involved and how it would Wotan. He came within 15 minutes of our scheduled time and called first. He did the work in the time he estimated. I was satisfied.

went well found issues with furnace but technician didn't try and force repairs on me. He suggested methods to alliviate issues.

They came out in January to add some outlets and light. It was expensive. We could not afford it at the time, so we have not had the work done yet. He was professional and good and punctual. We hope to use him in the future.

The electrician came over to provide a cost estimate, discussed options for the canned lights and made suggestions. He took plenty of time to explain everything and address any concerns. On the day of appointment he arrived right on time and worked most of the day to finish the job. The work is carefully done and we are very satisfied with the results.

They were prompt, and thorough. The day of service they called ahead of time, and brought help so they were done fairly quickly. They did adjust the price on an item I thought was high. I love my new timed outdoor lights. They offered ideas for how to get around spending a bundle to run a new outlet down to the pool. We opted to explore other options before jumping into a new outlet. Overall, I'm very pleased.

The technician called about 20 minutes early to let me know he was on his way. He arrived as scheduled, was courteous and not pushy to buy lots of other things although he did leave a brochure about an annual plan available for purchase. He set about doing the checks and cleaning explaining some things as he went. He found some old burned out fuses and asked if I was still having problems (I wasn't but it was nice that he noticed). When he finished up, he reset my thermostat back to the way it was before he turned everything off. He stayed a little while to make sure everything was going to start back up as expected. I gave him my coupon; he did all the paperwork right there and was on his way. I received an email confirmation of the service and payment about a day later. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We were very happy with the price as well as the service. The guy that answers the phone is always very pleasant and accommodating as well.

The electrician was nice that came out but he ran into several problems doing the job and complained about doing the wiring for the fireplace. He made it known that he does not like to do this type of job. He was there for over 6 hours too. The job was completed and has been working fine. We are glad for the service, however, we just wish it would have went more smoothly.

He was absolutely fine, I was very pleased with him. He mailed me a card a week later with a thank you note. Andy Dugan was the man that came out. He was very pleasant, professional, and did the job.

The technician was right on time. He discussed with me what I wanted done and gave me a detailed estimate of the cost. He concluded the transfer of the TV in the time he estimated it would take. He suggested that having my cable provider come to hook it up might save me some money, but I went ahead and had him do it. He put in an electrical outlet and cable outlet in an adjacent built in bookcase and even vacuumed up the sawdust! He made sure the TV/cable was working before he left and advised me on how to tilt the TV if I decided I wanted to. I was very pleased with the service and the technician who was very prompt, polite and pleasant. Once again, a quality product from Angie's List!

An electrician came yesterday for estimate. I felt like the services they offered were overpriced, so I opted for a refund for the Deal. One thing that I wanted was a motion detector light in my back porch, and he quoted a price of $400 which I thought was way too high. Other things he quoted were also high, so I just decided to cancel the Deal.
