He was super nice, gave me ideas on changes and pricing of things we need to update. The cost was covered because I had a groupon and it covered it.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They have not done any work yet, but they came out, gave me a quote and we talked about it. I have used them a couple of times in the past and I am very pleased with them. Last year they installed ventilation fans in my two bathrooms. They are very prompt and professional. I don't get the feeling, as I do with a lot of people, that they are trying to sell me the most expensive thing they can. We are not planning to say in the house for a really long time. I tell them this and they definitely take it into account. I appreciate that.

It was great and the technician was great. It was fair for what he did. The deal was a good value. He was a very nice guy, and he was one of the more professional contractors I have had in my home. The scheduling was very easy and we didn’t have any problems.

The extra charge was due to the existing electrical box being full and needing to add a small electricl box. Scheduling worked out pretty good. He needed to make a return visit to install the second electrical box. His communication was fine and the price seemed fair.

Installed the switch and it works great. The guy was nice, but was probably there twice the amount of time it took to do the job because of all of the company literature they give you. Thank goodness I bought the switch ahead of time and had the Angie's List coupon because without it, the $25 switch and 15 minute install would have cost me $220.

Everything went well. I was very happy with the work completed and the customer service this time, unlike on a previous occasion. I would recommend this company now based on my second experience of using them.

They gave me excellent service! They mounted my TV on my wall. They came back a few weeks later and mounted an antenna in my attic so when the snow came I did not lose signal. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Everything down to speaking with the receptionist was a pleasant experience!

I had MVP do 3 things at the house. I had them replace an exterior light. I thought the price was a bit high for what it took to replace it. He then addeda 110v outlet in our basement. The last item was to add a 3 way outlet to our basement stairwell. That is where the lower overall rating comes from. When replacing the lower switch, and using the drill, the finish was worn off our handrail and now there is a raw low spot in the wood. My husband gets very frustrated when someone comes in to fix one thing then damages something else in the process. I thought the electrical work was done very well and would not hesitate to use them again, but just remind them to leave my house in the condition they found it. I really like how they sent you a bio of the service person coming to the house. Nice extra touch.

Purchased Angie's list special last Feb but MVP was very gracious to still honor coupon. Rhonda, office contact, was very personable and helpful; sent bio (what a great amenity) of electrician who would be doing the work. Jeff was punctual and did the work quicky. Cost of work was covered by coupon and Jeff did not try to sell anything or suggest additional work. Thank you Rhonda and Jeff. We definitely recommend MVP.

Very efficient, professional and clear. I feel that I could call any time to ask about any problem, and I would receive a good, clear answer. I would recommend to anyone.

Austin, the service technician, checked the entire house (electrical outlets); checked the master bedroom switch and fan for proper operation. Detected a faulty switch for the fan and replaced. Austin also examined the entire house for potential safety problems and identified (for me) the ground fault resets in case I needed to find them if a switch or light goes out. Good thorough check. The $49.00 fee was a special. The service call would have been $74.00. Impressed enough with the work to enroll in MVP's "Service Partner Plan" for two visits annually to service and check my heating/air conditioning system. ($144.00). I enrolled because I believe MVP technicians will actually do the work without having to follow behind them to ensure they did the work.

They arrived on time and researched the issues completely. The 1st technician called in help and parts and went to work. Both guys stayed until all the work was completed.

I used coupons provided by Angie's List. The $500.00 was charged because I changed out the thermostats.

The ceiling fan is great. However, the wall switch is not straight on the wall. I thought price to run wire was too expensive. Even thought I had my own wire and parts, the installer preferred to use his expensive wire. $200.00 to run 25 feet of wire straight across the attic is crazy. I will not use this company again.

The guy was punctual, communication was good and professional. I would definitely use them again.

This might be duplicate review. I will say again...Great service!! Bought 4 new light fixtures. Made appointment and Jeff showed up quickly. Installed all 4 fixtures quickly, efficiently and perfectly. Very very professional service We are very happy and very satisfied with the MVP Co. Will use them again when we need help.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. There were some problems that he did not recognize when he came out and I wasn't happy with that. I had to call another service person. There was no extra cost. They were nice, punctual, and professional but he didn't solve my problem and didn't even figure out what it was. I know it was a major problem but he didn't diagnose it.

MVP technician Jeff installed track lighting in the kitchen and a workshop light fixture in the basement. He was on time and did a great job. Made useful suggestions that improved the outcome and provided advice on future jobs we'll be interested in. Definitely would call MVP again for electrical and other work.

They work from a flat rate manual and not by the hour. Some of the pricing seemed a little high, but the electrician, Jake was very professional, gave me the benefit of several discounts and completed all tasks (4) in less than 4 hours. I would use them again.
