They were very responsive and came out the day we called to do the service (we had lost power in half of our house the night before) and Todd Henehan provided the service. He was on time and stayed until the job was finished in the early evening so that we would have full power again. He took his time and was very thorough and did not leave until he checked that everything was working correctly. He was very professional but friendly. We were very happy with Todd and the service

Ok, I know I am very late writing this review. But, have you ever found such a great electrician of whom you did not want to share his name with anyone? Well, that is my experience with MVP. Scott, the electrician from MVP showed up on time and was extremely professional with the tasks before him. He is very good at his job and I would recommend him to anyone. For the reader, this company forwards the homeowner a photograph and a short bio of the person who is coming to your home prior to the day of the work so you know who to expect. This is a great thing to do. There is future electrical work for Scott to do and before he left; he quickly reviewed the work and provided me worthwhile suggestions in the process. Scott has a very high level of professionalism and work acumen. Not to mention his work knowledge is outstanding!

Jeff Wass solved every electrical problem my house has ever had. He replaced my old panel and went spelunking in my scary crawl space to rewire the front room in my house. He fixed outlets in my house that have never worked in my 11 years of home ownership. EXCELLENT WORK! Many thanks!

Several additional devices and services were offered at additional cost. That work was quite satisfactory as was the additional cost.

When they inspected, they found the older panel but also noted that there was a newer panel already installed and advised that updating would be unneccassary.

I wish he didn't try to upsell, but i realize that is part of the game. Otherwise, very satisfied.

Electricial can in an inspected the Electricalo Panel. His opinion was that the panel was in graet shape and that a change out would be pointless.

Scheduling was easy and they were right on-time. He was professional, helpful and gave me advice on what light fixtures to purchase at the Home Depot and that worked out very well.

Very good work and professional. Will use again and highly recommend.

The service was god. My wife was here during that time and she said he was very courteous.

The young man they sent fixed everything to our satisfaction. He was there on time. MVP does not charge by the hour, but rather by the number of projects. We ended up paying approximately $85 more in addition to the $49 for the "Big Deal".

Great. He showed up on time, was extremely helpful, and did great work. In my mind, he tried to go above and beyond what an average electrician might do by explaining things clearly and offering potential solutions to challenges we weren't addressing at that time.

Service techs (2) were on time and professional. They checked everything over and said all was good. Very pleased with service especially for the price!

I have been renovating a 1907 house that was divided into apartments. I had some knob & tube in the walls to remove but I could not figure out where it was connecting to new wire. Ted from MVP was able to trace and disconnect it. Since it also disconnected the hall light (3-way over a stairwell), I had Ted come back and rewire that and replace the fixture with one I bought. That job was about $520. I have had a big problem working with electricians on this project. They usually don't call back after looking at it. Ted seemed to enjoy the challenge and I will definitely use them again.

The technician was wonder but the price was extremely high.

It turned out fine. He was friendly. He explained things that I've asked questions for.

They were AMAZING! Excellent does not cover how I felt about them! They were helpful, professional and a delight to have in my home! I would not use anyone else! Their work was PERFECT!!! The man that came out was SO knowledgable!!

It took about six hours and the work was done perfectly and there was not a spot left to be cleaned. This is my second time to use MVP from an Angie's list special. I would highly recommend them at any time.

They were on time. The serviceman was courteous. Did everything that I needed. Replaced an outlet in my garage and replaced the electrical covers and outlets in my baseboard.

They came and checked it out. Everything was good. I was satisfied with it or I would have given constructive feedback. It was very reasonable. The guy I had out here was excellent.

I had two outlets that had quit working. I checked wiring and breakers and could not locate the problem. The electrician from MVP came and did extensive testing until he figured out a plug on the outside of the house was bad. He replaced it and the inside plugs now work. Very nice man and efficient.

Two installers from MVP arrived on schedule, described the steps the we're going to take, dismantled the old furnace and installed the Lennox Elite Series gas furnace. In addition they installed inlet and outlet vents for the new furnace, two right angle filter boxes, one on each furnace. They ensured the new furnace operated properly with our thermostats and hauled away the old furnace. They were efficient and professional. We were pleased their work with some minor comments. The furnace exhaust is vented outside the side of the house. The pipe end was just rough cut. This needs to be dressed up. Second, no printed invoice was available. The entire billing was via hand held I-phone which was not easy to read, hence some mistakes were made and had to be corrected later. One nice feature was MVP recorded the warranty registration for us and sent an e-mail copy. All in all a good experience and we will use MVP again.

Scheduling was very easy and the communication was good with them. The prices were expensive and for this reaason I would not use their service again.
