he called and came out on time and inspected everything throughly and replaced some of the electrical plugs and switches that we had been having problems with. They were a little pricey but he was fast efficient professional and was able to do everything before he left.

About as expected. I had had a short in the main fuse box. Melted fuses and such. Technician came in quoted me the cost for the new box and got started. Afterwards toured the house checking outlets in each room.

They did an excellant job and installed a very quiet replacement bath vent fan.

It did not go. The estimate provided was outrageous. The big deal for $ 99.00 would cover approximately half of what I wanted done.

It was not good. I had 2 problems. I had a receptacle that didn’t work and he said that the wire that runs to it was coming from another receptacle. He said he’d found a junction in the attic that he could tie into and bring down the wall. However, he said it’d be around $450 to thread the wire through the wall and fix it. I also have a recessed light in the basement that flickers, and he said that these old lights just wear out; the only solution would be to put a fluorescent light over top of it, and that’d be at least $400. Therefore, the only thing I had him do would be to put a new lamp socket on to a lamp. However, he did it wrong – I have to turn the button backwards. He said I had $100 left on credit but I won't be using him again.

I didn't have the work done because I felt they wanted too much money and like it was a bait & switch.

It went pretty good. They’re coming back to replace a few GFIs and some things that were overlooked when they were out. They took down a couple of lights and replaced a GFI. They also rewired an outlet and wired an outlet for a dishwasher. All told, they were at our home for about 4 hours.

They were very professional and I was pleased with the service. However, I would not use them again as the quotes provided for work to be done was very expensive compared to other bids for A/C repair.

Company called to discuss my problem. I told them what the problem was, and I was given an appointment for the same afternoon. Tech called meto inform me he would be arriving in about 30 minutes. Tech was at my house in 20 minutes. Tech checked the thermostat settings, and then he went downstairs and checked the air conditioner. Tech removed the dirty filter, and checked the air conditioner. Tech went outside to check the air conditioner. He sprayed the air conditioner with a water hose. He used a set of tools to check the freon. Tech said the unit was low on freon, and he gave me an estimate of how much the job would cost. Tech loaded the freon, and then we went outside to look at theair conditioner unit. Tech showed me what he had done, and he gave mesome very good maintenance suggestions to keep the unit running. Tech was proompt, knowledgeable, very nice and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.

The electrician was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and left the area tidy and clean. I was very pleased with the electrician, as well as the communication from MVP in setting up the service and answering my questions. I would highly recommend this company. I have used AB May in the past, but felt MVP did a better job and gave me more value for my dollar based on this experience alone.

My experience was fine with them. They did a nice job and they were very professional. I did not feel it was like a bait and switch situation. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they are a class organization.

I bought the a/c tune-up deal on Angie's list then shortly there after the company called me for an appointment. I explained to them that this is for a rental home. They said they could do the job. After I gave them all the necessary information MVP took care of everything else. Everything went smooth, the initial contact with customer service, MVP contact with my rental management provider, and the a/c tune-up appointment. Plus there was no up selling by the technician. The only complaints I have MVP electric is they did not send the invoice to me, they sent it to my management company and the MVP technician did not call me in regards to how to a/c tune-up went. I live out of state and informed them to have the technician call me. I had to call MVP back to get feedback on how the a/c tune-up went. I suspect they do not do very many rental homes. Overall I am satisfied with MVP electric service and would recommend them to family and friends.

My ac unit stopped working and its early July. I called MVP as well as a couple of other providers first thing in the morning. MVP was able to come to my home the quickest around mid-morning. He was professional and checked the different components to troubleshoot. He told me what was working fine and what appeared to be not working. He gave the pricing, went and got the the motor and came back, got it installed, charged up, inspected and cleaned shortly after noon before the heat of the day really got going. He did a great job, we are pleased with the work and information he provided. He didn't try to replace anything that didn't need it. Great job!

They are great. Actually it is the second time I used them. They contact me the next day after I bought the deal and schedule was okay and then their technician came out on time and they did the job. He also gave me some suggestions and the things I paying more attention to keep the equipment running and he also listed some price as he were to do actual work. He was pretty honest. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We had a bothersome but non-urgent electrical problem on a Saturday and called MVP Electrical after seeing recommendation on Angie's List. Had never heard of this company before but decided to go with it. Our call was promptly returned and weekend service was offered for a slightly increased fee. Due to our schedules, we felt this was worthwhile. Repairman kept us informed of his anticipated arrival time and eventually arrived about 5 PM. Gave us an estimate of cost and got to work. Three and half hours later, he had the problem solved. At that point, we thought we might hear about some unforeseen charges but the total was exactly what he had quoted - just $300. We thought this was quite reasonable for the three hours of work on a Saturday night. Repairman was pleasant, polite and left the area neat and tidy. We would definitely call MVP again.

They were absolutely fantastic! He was here exactly on the time he said he would be here. He was very professional! There was some confusion with the expiration, and although I called to schedule after the expiration, they still honored the deal for me. The guy was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and he was very courteous. He was very fast and made sure to give me the booklet for the surge protector. I would really recommend this company to anyone.

It went fine, I am happy with the results. After the finished, it really gave me peace of mind.

We had an Angie's list deal- $125 worth of work for $49. Of course what we needed done cost more than the $125. MVP is a really good company to hire. They are professional, have great communication, and show up on time. Their staff appears well trained and nice to work with. I think their prices are a little high but maybe that's what electrical work costs. Either way, I'd continue to use them again as they do it right.
