Went very well. They were very professional.

Fortunately, it was during a cooler spell, that the A/C quit on me. She spent a lot a time trying to solve why the A/C didn't work. Then she found I had a dead battery and showed it to me. The battery was replaced. She helped me pull out the old filter, which always gets stuck and won't come out, hence it had been in there a long time. Then my thermostat had switched to Celsius after I had replace a dead battery in it. I had not been able to switch it back. She said she might know how to fix that, and did. I don't remember how much it cost, so the cost is not likely to be accurate.

Technician showed up an hour late (I called the office after 30 mins of waiting). When the tech did arrive, she apologized, was polite and performed the tune-up. Service itself was fine, but I would not use again.

Todd showed up exactly on time. He went about his business in a very professional manner.

They did a great job. They were very efficient and thorough and even explained that due to the type of fixture we chose that changing the light bulbs will be a little tricky. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It was excellent. The young man knew what he was doing and figured out a somewhat tricky installation. On time, cleaned up nicely, removed the trash.

Our electrician was very knowledgeable and worked quickly to get the mess of wires back into order. He needed a bit of help from a comrade in order to move the huge piece of furniture back to its place. I need another lesson on how to work the remotes, however.

Jacob did a great job on the installation. He was very pleasnt to work with, and would highly recommend MVP, and I am sure I will use them again.

Todd from MVP came out several days prior to the scheduled install date to go over all the work that was needed plus gave me a detailed estimate of the costs. At that time we set up the exact time of arrival plus I was given a time estimate. On the scheduled date of install which was set of 8 am I waited for over an hour before I contacted him to find out that he was going to be three hours late due to another job that had been on his schedule. That ended up being a four hour wait when his assistant finally showed up to start the job, Todd arrived shortly there after. Once the project got started everything went smoothly. They both were very attentive to detail and did a very good job, including cleanup. Even with the glitch in the schedule in which I feel a phone call from them would have been warranted, I would still use them again, they did good job.

MVP was prompt and did an excellent job. I am pleased with the work they did.

The service person did the job as described and made recommendations of service she deemed necessary. She was not over bearing or trying scare tactics or hard sell. I have no reason to believe her recommendations were not correct. The pricing of those services seemed a little high but I could very well be wrong about that. Overall I would rate EXCELLENT.

The service MVP provides is over priced! We paid $287 to have 2 existing fluorescent ceiling lights removed and installation of 2 customer supplied fluorescent lights. Price breakdown as follows: $363.72 plus $49.00 (price paid for initial deal) minus $125.00 discount. We originally also wanted to have the additional work done: 1) Correct a 3-way switch that was not working correctly, cost to correct or replace would have cost $176.44. 2) Replace keyless pull chain fixture for a fluorescent shop light to plug into would have cost $162.27. We thought we would be paying by the hour for this service. However, the electrician displayed a manual similar to that of an auto repair shop which provides the cost of repair by the job rather than the number of hours for a repair. I was able to replace keyless pull chain fixture myself for less than $5 for a fluorescent shop light to plug into! SAVED $157.00 LESSON LEARNED, research how rates are charged for services provided; by the hour or the job before before buying any deal! I would have been money ahead if I had forfeited the $49, original price of the Angie's Deal and not have any work done by MVP!

Only buy this if everything is working correctly otherwise they say they can't do anything.

The electrician was very thorough and wrote up a list of everything he found that could be serviced. This came to over $3,000!!! I just didn't think that the simple tasks I needed help with would end up costing me so much money, and this was with your "deal". I am reluctant to bite again on one of these "deals" you offer frequently. It makes me think that these "deals" are just a way to get these businesses in your door so they can really take a chunk out of your wallet. The deals do not end up being deals at all.

They were wonderful to work with. They kept in communication with me at all times. They called and reminded me of our appointments, whenever they were running behind. They were just amazing.

They fixed the wiring in our living room going from the basement box up through the floor, then replaced and added outlets there. They fixed the wiring in a light fixture in our breakfast room even though the wiring in the house was old. They gave helpful suggestions and estimates of all the wiring questions we had regarding a staircase light. They were prompt and efficient and extremely helpful. They were patient and thorough when answering our questions. We would use this company again.

I bought the Angie's List deal of $99. for $225. worth of electric work, and two reps from MVP came out to estimate the cost of electrical projects on our wish list. One thing was to change out two wall switches to silent switches, and that would have cost us $140. each (we had already bought the switches). We thought the estimates for other work were high, too, and we would get other bids before choosing an electrician. While out to give us electrical estimates, they pitched us a service plan on our heating and cooling systems (which we already have with another, satisfactory company) and showed us how buying the plan would kick in a discount for electrical work. One rep spent a lot of time creating a comparison table of how much we'd save if we bought the heating and cooling plan. We passed on the plan and the work, will forfeit the $99., and chalk this up to a weird experience with an Angie's List deal which I will never buy again. I value electrical expertise, have had electricians before, but we replaced both switches ourselves in less than a half hour.

This is the second time I've used MVP. I am so impressed with the employees. They are knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Jacob was a joy to have work in the house. He took time to explain ways to solve other issues and give recommendations. His work to clean up a dangerous mess of wires, junction boxes and improper outlets was text book perfect.

The service was slightly above average. Seems to be quality. Had a few other things done at the same time.

Everything went VERY well. We bought a $99. deal and added a couple of things after he got here, and he was fine with it. He did a great job for us and we would absolutely use him again.

Scott was great to work with. He was very friendly. I kept his card but when I called to have more work done I found he no longer works there.

They did well but they were more expensive than the electrician that we typically use. The Deal apparently included a whole-house inspection, and he found several other issues that seemed to need work. He was very polite and nice, but I would have preferred to know about the whole-house assessment.

Quoted three separate services and I thought all were very expensive quotes. Used the deal offered on Angie's List for the two story chandelier install but passed on the other two services due to high estimated cost.
