Our AC went out right at the end of summer and I purchased an AC tune up. Turns out I needed freon too. The guy was very professional and (I believe) honest. He did my best to help me out and make the best decision for my situation. I purchased the maintenance plan b/c it wasn't clear whether I had a freon leak in the unit, which would be much more expensive. if it turns out there's a leak, I'll know in the spring and having the maintenance plan will save me some money. If not, I still get free check-ups/tune-ups. Ultimately, a good deal for one of the least satisfying purchases you can make.

Charged only for the time/work done, performed minor repair as part of the overall service and did not charge extra. Very pleasant to work with, knew what they were doing and advised me regarding products which I might need in the future and how to go about obtaining those products.

Repairman was prompt and knowledgeable - inspected the house and then helped repair an outlet that was not working correctly.

Prompt response to requested service...furnace not working and contractor traced problem to a loose connection...since it was a cold day and the furnace was not working, he could have taken advantage of the situation in many ways...very honest and efficient

The humidifier works very well. It is a solid Aprilaire unit, hooked up to a hot water line, making it very effective. The only disappointment was in the scheduling of the install. They sent a picture of the installer and the phone rep after a day was set. That was great! The phone rep called back to let us know that they would not be able to make the appointment, we set a new date. They were unable to make this appointment and a third date was set. They did make it out for this appointment, but it was not the installer whose picture we were sent. In all fairness, they had an overwhelming response to the offer, which was a great deal. The phone rep was very nice and apologetic. The policy of sending a picture of the crew is great idea, but only if it works in reality. I would be open to using this company again, but with caution in terms of urgency.

Greg was very professional and explained each step of the process. Provided upfront prices and allowed me to select what services I wanted. The quoted amount was what I paid, no surprise charges.

Called their service about availability. A service person was to call me back to discuss issues and schedule a time.. Never got a call. Late in the day i received an email asking if zi still needed assistance.

Fantastic service I will always call them for furture jobs, and will highly recommend them to my friends. Any questions or concerns I had about my furnace were answered professionally and without seeming rush. Im so glad I called them to service my furnace

They are a great company, however there were just too many additional charges to do the service (ie: permits an upgrades to the wiring).

It was fine. I felt like after the service, they really were trying to push a lot of other services onto me. That bugged me; they've never done that before, and I've hired them a few times in the past.

My mom purchased this deal for my home, the service provider and the technicians were really nice, The service provider was able to detect I did not need this deal, due to an humidifier was already installed. But we will use them again in the future if needed.

They came to give me an estimate. But it turned out that I decided not to do the work I had them out for, so I won't need to use the Big Deal I purchased.

fternoon explained wiring issues within kitchen and explained what work was needed to bring up to code. worked all morning and half of the afternoon. found issues which needed to be rectified immediately. showed me all the issues and explained what he was needing to do in a language i could understand.

It was a good experience. They took down a kitchen box light and installed a mounted fixture. They also did a complimentary home inspection, and based on that, we had them do a few additional items. They were flexible with scheduling. When I called them, they said they had a cancellation and could come the next day. My husband was at home at the time and they were at the home for about an hour and a half.

The service went very well. I ended up signing a contract with them for annual maintenance. I was happy I called them out when I did. I paid an additional $1400 to have all of the additional work I needed done. I thought the additional pricing was very reasonable. The technician safety proofed the house, installed all new smoke detectors and re wired throughout the home. He spent an entire day working on all the things I needed done. They will also be doing my heating and cooling. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Everything went fine. They showed up on time.

On time Professional. Told about all services available - no hard sell.

they were very nice and friendly. But it ended up being a lot more expensive than we thought it would be.
