Technician arrived when he said he would, explained in detail what the problem was, and repaired it. The entire process was flawless from start to finish, and the technician was awesome. I was so impressed with the price and service that I used this company again to install a whole house humidifier. I would recommend MVP to anyone needing any type of air conditioning/furnace issues.

Everything went really well. The gentleman was competent, did a great job, and really paid attention to detail which I liked.

Everyone I worked with was very friendly, and very helpful. I was able to have someone come out and give me a free estimate on the same day I contacted them, and they were prompt to schedule the actual installation. They called 30 minutes before they arrived, which was very helpful. The work they did looks good, and while they were here performing the installation, they provided estimates on a couple other things I asked about.

I found them on Angie’s List. I was so appreciative of what they did that I signed up for their service plan.

They installed 10 channel security system.

Another area heating and cooling company told us we needed two new furnaces during a service call, and we were skeptical. We called MVP to get a second opinion, and used their offer of $29 for half hour of service. Both MVP employees answered all of our questions, ran diagnostics on our furnaces, and ensured us that we did not need new furnaces. We have used MVP ever since, and we appreciate their knowledge, honesty, and customer service.

They did go work and got what I needed completed. I felt the price was a bit higher than it should have been but beyond that they did good work.

The Big deal was for furnace tune up and cleaning. I am selling my house and as part of the inspection needed the furnace blower cleaned, the lines outside the condenser insulated and the air conditioner leveled. The technician came on time and I gave her a list of the additional items needed in addition to the cleaning of the furnace. At the end of the service she came to me with a grade card that stated that it would be 282$ to clean the blower and marked the furnace as still needing cleaned (which I though I had paid for already). In addition she gave me a quote for the remainder of the work which I felt was overpriced. So the technician looked at my furnace but did not actually clean anything.

The service turned out quite well. They came out almost right away. The lights had gone out and we could not get them to come back on in one of the rooms so we needed it done immediately. They came out promptly, looked into it, and found the problem. I would recommend them. The guy that came out was pretty good. I like the guy that did the work. I thought he did a really good job, answered all our questions and everything, and found what the problem was.

Showed up on time and was very respectful.

They were very easy to set up an appointment with and sent an email prior to to give me an idea who was going to be servicing our home. Greg was our technician and he was great! Very personable and willing to answer questions and provide tips. He went through our house and gave me a detailed list of quotes and what our priority should be when fixing things, which is always nice.

They scheduling was great. They are professional on how they handled the whole process. They diagnosed an installation problem. They explained everything.

After they came out for my Big Deal for electrical work, I had them come out for a tune-up and to repair our humidifier. One of the humidifiers hasn't worked since the day it was installed. He told me why and proceeded to repair the problem. He ordered the parts to repair. He came back and got everything installed and working. I started having the problem again and he came back out and fixed it. He called it a "recall" on the original call and didn't charge me a penny. I signed up for an annual maintenance program. The $800 I paid is for the entire year. Scheduling was no problem at all. They are fair the way they go out about their business. Their pricing is reasonable compared to other's I have used. They are professional.

It turned out good. I think I've had them out three times. First of all I think they were very professional in the way they handled appointments and the whole process and I like the fact that I got an email ahead of time that showed me who to expect exactly at the door, like what the technician was going to look like. They diagnosed a problem that was from our installation quite some time ago and explained why something wasn't hooked up right and why it wasn't working. I guess that was a different appointment but this was our situation too. It was an installation error and they handled it really well. The cost was a little bit less than the deal.

It didn't. I'm out $599.00. They would not perform the service for the $599.00 special. They wanted $1300 including other servicesnot related to the pannel upgrade. I am so angry. This is fraud.

They were wonderful. I had cut a wire during a remodel in my bathroom. They came out and fixed it. They were very professional and communicated thoroughly.

They did a good job. It was a simple and smooth job. One technician came out and completed the work in about an hour. They did try to sell me on some other services which I did not like too much. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Todd and Dilan did great work and were respectful of the tenants, the historical structure, and my time. It ran longer than estimated due to KCPL's scheduling but they got it done and did a great job. The service panels were on several different levels of this old house, so it provided a challenge.

The service person was punctual and professional. She checked the furnace for any needed repairs and then put in a new filter.

They were fine, the guy was nice, and the guy was very professional. I ended up paying a lot of money for my GFI switch which I wasn't very happy about. It was okay. I had to pay an additional 35 or 45 for the button on top of the big deal price.

This turned out excellent! I feel completely safe with the company and I have some other work I will have them do. I am very pleased. I’ve used them several times now. Every time a tech comes, they give me bits of value information I can use. Recently, I asked the tech about a cold air humidifier and he explained it to me. He told me the thermostat should not be upstairs but rather downstairs near the humidifier itself. I’m extraordinarily pleased with them! They are absolutely prompt, on timed, and I don't get the feeling that I'm being snowed; I trust them! He even wore his own disposable booties!

It went well. The guy was nice, spent 20 minutes or so looking at the central air unit, and told me that it all looks good, and recommended a checkup seasonally.
