The hole is closed/drywalled but popcorn texture was not added nor blended. You can see the patch work from 30 feet away. It looks terrible. The first question I asked when I got home is when are they coming back to finish the job? I couldn't believe someone would leave a job "as finished" with it looking like this. Now I have to hire another company to finish the job or do it myself.

Job was performed quickly and done to my expectations. Company was professional. It was a bit higher than the other quotes I received, but I was more comfortable with their recommendations and quality expectations.

They showed up on time, we’re under budget and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them!

It was great! There is a temporary board to support gate if opened by one person in place until the tub is installed and gate can be screwed closed.

I had 8 posts that had rotted at just below ground level. All were cemented in place. I replaced the fence sections, but not the posts, about 10 years ago, myself. I'm no longer healthy enough to do this kind of labor. Bud came out as quickly as I could prepare for him, 3 days after accepting his bid. He was right on time both days. Very friendly and courteous. He did an excellent job at a fair price.

I needed some deck repair on my home, I had a lot of wood rot. Mr. Handyman was prompt, courteous, and very professional. The work turned out great , and the technician I had was wonderful. I would recommend.

Everything went pretty well. But the first time it rained, I woke up to my stove being full of water. Long story short, the vent isn't sealed well and it leaked all night long. Called them to see if someone could come fix it, but never got a call back.

Not Good! I hired Mr. Handyman to fix a privacy fence. I was told the fence was solid and just needed a few planks replaced as well as a new post to secure the portion that was knocked down. I asked that the gate be adjusted as well. I was told the gate could be "tightened up". When I checked on the work, I found that the gate had been adjusted on one side. It was uneven and would no longer latch. I contacted the company. The response was, "the fence is old and needs replaced." If the fence was not able to be repaired then that is what I should have been told. Instead, they took my money and left a mess. I was told that the technician explained all this to my mother (fence is in her yard) however, my mother didn't hire them. I did. I was not contacted about any issues. I did speak with the office. The office staff ended up yelling at me because I was upset. They could not understand why I was angry. When I spoke with Marc, he said that the gate was not on the estimate and that I talked to him about it on the phone. I talked to him in person at the time of the estimate. I don't appreciate being told I am a liar. I was also told that the tech talked to my mother about the gate before he left. She has no recollection of this. The gate was left a mess. Someone was sent out to make it right if possible. If not, then they want more money to rebuild the gate. No thanks. We'll see how it goes. I do not recommend this company for any repairs.

It went very well. They provided an estimate and they scheduled a date. Their men arrived on time, worked all day, and did a great job. I am very satisfied and the final bill was less than the estimate! I would highly recommend them to others.

The customer service has been great as I have used them for 3 different jobs. In addition to the quality customer service the workmanship is quality, priced fairly, and technicians are on time. I would recommend them for any of your handyman needs.

From the very beginning the communication was excellent with the front office. The scheduling was prompt and they worked around my schedule. Had several areas of wood rot on my siding that needed to be repaired. Bud was very knowledgeable about how to fix the problem and prevent it from reoccurring. The estimate was straightforward and clear on the scope of work. Pricing was comparable to other bids I received. I ultimately chose Mr Handyman because of their professionalism and I was confident the work would be done well. The handyman showed up on time and executed the work well. Overall very happy with Mr Handyman and have already reached out for additional work.

They arrived on time and finished all my requests in a timely manner. He was polite, professional and efficient.

Nice guy. Ended up only getting a few switches done. Fan was an issue (parts on my end) but after trouble shooting for 3 hrs between that and the tripping switch he stated Pete at the office was better at electrical. Running several times for parts. Checking on him at noon to find hardly anything done. The under sink looks like a jagged edge. The handles are uneven. Not all holes drilled. Told him I’d put on handles- he did 1/2 of them. The wire to the fan was checked for power- no power....turns out because of how he checked the wires- there is live power to it. The ends were dusty and 2” up was live. Now at 110.00 an hour I expected much more. Called the company and she had talked to her employee who she knows. And he’s a good employee. What would u have me do she asked...take care of your customers. Believe an employee- I get it. But after showing them pictures of the work and asking for something to be done. I’ve heard NOTHING. No offer to send someone to at least make up for those 3 hrs at 110 per hr. No, we will refund money to you. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. City office will be talked to and perhaps the better business bureau. This post will hopefully help some sway from them. They aren’t worth 110 per hour. Do not just read the A’s. Read it all!!! I certainly hope this will help some other consumer decide there are others that will do a much better job
