The work was done expertly. I also added to my list and it was taken care of. Jason did a great job. Very professional. I will definitely hire them again. The price was reasonable.

These guys are not completely done with the job I am waiting to see how the end will occur.

For the project that was done the price was a little high.

Promised in writing a discount if estimate was approved by a certain time but at the end of the job an additional $200+ was added. Sheetrock mud was left for me to sand smooth. Estimate stated it would be paint ready. Pricey to begin with then the additional charges for work that was already in the estimate was too much.

For $133 per hour, I would have expected two guys. I had to help the Handyman during the entire time. There was no way he could move that door by himself. He also used deck screws through the brick molding, sunk them in and caulked over the heads I have never seen this before. He left without completing the job. He pulled the door out after it was set in a bed of caulking, resulting in caulk on the carpet and deck. His personal appearance and the inside of his van was far from professional. Never again would I use this service or company!

Did a nice job replacing storm screens but price was same as quoted by other window companies to replace with new screens and all new frames for seven windows. We only received one new frame out of seven window screens replaced. Expensive repair but done well.

They follow through. Job was done in less than a day at 1/4 price of other Leawood bids.

They were prompt and did a good job! They even offered me a coupon for the next visit.

fair warning he will quote whatever JUST TO GET THE JOB. I was quoted $303.00 for a small drywall patch job the repair turned out to be patch the worker finished the job, then the next morning i get an invoice for $645.34. I tried to speak with someone but they would only respond via email. In said email I was informed that they charge hourly not honoring quotes and the rate was $114.00 per hour + materials. good luck!!

Everything that could go wrong with this project went wrong. I was quoted 3 different prices for my fence AFTER I accept the original bid. -I have emails to back this up. I dealt with three different individuals on this project. The initial guy who surveyed the work and gave the initial bid. The second guy who came in and stated that the quote was wrong and more work needed to be done. (Then this guy decided to quite Mr. Handyman leaving my fence down and material scattered about and project halfway.) -I have emails and text to substantiate this. Completely unprofessional! And finally the poor guy who had to come clean up and finish the project. I had to make multiple attempts and phone calls in order to get this project moving again. At the end of this ordeal I personally drove the check over to the manager of Mr handyman only to be told that the bill I received was wrong and they needed more money I begged the manager to please give me an accurate number and let me write a check, I simply wanted to be out of this deal with these people. Beware.

We didn’t actually use him but he called me right away! We needed more of a structural engineer after speaking with him about the issue. Wonderful customer service though and quick response.

The work was not done by the first technician that came to the house, left without doing anything. The company responded when they discovered this issue via my email - and sent their best tech. This tech was unable to complete the job, as they could not reach the gutters on my third floor completely - so I had a half done job - which caused additional challenge. They discounted my cost significantly, but I still had to resolve the work that was not done. finding companies willing to do 10% of a job is not a real possibility. Additionally, the work did not include wiping the front of the gutters - I should have clarified expectations prior to hiring.
