A fellow named Bud Shoop did the work. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat...ask for him.

We are very happy with the work so far. It will complete in a few weeks.

Kody was the young man who came to our home. He was on time, replaced the faucets we needed replaced and everything looks good. Very happy with him and the work he did; pretty pricey but dependable and well done.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project.

Tom did the work on my deck. He was very knowledgeable, worked hard and smart. Was easy to talk to about the job and willing to share what he was doing and why. Probably as good a worker as anyone could possibly want to work with. The office contact could be improved. He both made minor repairs to my deck and stained it. Looks great.

Bud Shoop was the Technician for this power washing job. This was a whole house power wash , outside temperature about 60 degrees and windy. Not ideal condition for power washing. Mr. Shoop completed the job with with excellent results and within the promised timeframe. I have some other projects around the home where Mr. Handyman will be my first consideration.

Handyman team members are obviously not experts on any particular area and thus was the case here. The young man was very polite but I had to discover the issue. And while they do not charge you for the visit, they notified me AFTER they went to the store to get the part (that I had already told them they needed) only then did they say they had to charge me for that 10-minute trip. It was over $200 to replace a shower now! Come on--complete rip of in terms of knowledge of the person who came and the cost. It was at the point after the professional could not find where the water shut off was, that recommended tearing the whole shower insert out and replace with a new one or tile over. Estimated the cost would be around $3,000 but he would have to get an actual plumber (is not that why I called them ?) out there to get a true estimate. It was only then done I show him the issue and the fix took 5 minutes.

Onesimo Marquez from Mr, Handyman caulked the shower along the perimeter of the shower where the four walls and floor meet. The company completed the work as promised.

$200 is a lot for replacing two o-rings.

From the Handyman, Bud Shoop came and did the job. He was professional and knowledgeable. The company was excellent to communicate with and did what they said they would do. You canâ t ask more.

They scheduled the work promptly and were on time. I would be happy to use them again for the right projects.

The quote was not itemized, so I could not see a reason as to why 50 minutes of work and 20 dollars worth of materials would cost 350 dollars. The list seemed excessive.

Showed up 5 minutes early. Did quality work in less time than estimated and was charged for the actual amount of time worked. Customer Service was top notch. Will hire again for future projects.

They got back with .me quickly, provided a quote the same day as the surveyed the project. They let me know when they would be on site and completed the project on time. A well run company from a customer prospective.

Horrible never again.

They did okay but it took three return trips to fix things they did not get right.

Work is professional and to my specifications. They cleaned up afterward and hauled away the replaced stuff. A little pricey but worth it.
