We didn’t actually use him but he called me right away! We needed more of a structural engineer after speaking with him about the issue. Wonderful customer service though and quick response.

The work was not done by the first technician that came to the house, left without doing anything. The company responded when they discovered this issue via my email - and sent their best tech. This tech was unable to complete the job, as they could not reach the gutters on my third floor completely - so I had a half done job - which caused additional challenge. They discounted my cost significantly, but I still had to resolve the work that was not done. finding companies willing to do 10% of a job is not a real possibility. Additionally, the work did not include wiping the front of the gutters - I should have clarified expectations prior to hiring.

It took a full hour to do a 20 min. job. The worker seemed to be puzzled by the work that needed to be done. He went to his van three times to get tools that he could have carried with one trip. I helped him handle the glass doors so he could tighten six screws . He then left the shower floor dirty from standing on it. I really thought the price was too high. The bill was $249.00 dollars and there were no parts involved. I had the tech give me an estimate on another job, but I will not be having them do the work. I was very disappointed with the experience.

We hired Mr. Handyman of NE JoCo to fix an issue we had been having with our windows. This was the first company to correctly identify and fix the problem. Others had performed bandaid services to it causing a longer resolution. Kudos for driving to root cause and not to simple fix.

They did an awesome job of repairing our siding. Fast and excellent work. The site was left clean. I would hire them again.

When hiring a job I always believe you can expect to get 2 of three things. FAST/CHEAP/ OR GOOD. They were fast, they were NOT cheap, and they did NOT do a good job. They did not do the job as I hired it to be done. Even after 2 trips back to "fix" things they did not get it right. There are 2 areas in the ceiling that I can see where they did not cut in the edges even yet. On to my third painter for this job. They did do it very fast.

The work was incomplete. The structure of our deck was tilted. They lifted it from the front and properly supported it with cement. But the stairs are not levelled. The stairs are still tilted. They argue that the stairs are not a part of the structure and I will have to pay more for those repairs.
