They did a good job and worked hard and efficiently. The cost was on the higher side but I was very satisfied with the work they did. They knew what was needed for a move out deep clean - wipe out inside of cabinets, etc and I didn't need to instruct them. The apt was about 1000 sq feet, empty and it was well kept on a regular basis. My deposit was returned in full which was why I hired them.

I have used the Mini Maids for years. They are the only cleaners I have ever recommended. The professionalism, level of service and dependability exceeds all others - and I have used others. On the rare occasion I have had a problem they were immediately responsive and addressed the issue. I would never use another service.

I've used Team 2: Tatiana, Tonia & Shannon for awhile now. We've had cleaning maids in Vegas for years and now here in Kansas. I also used to work in the office of a cleaning service... These girls are the best team I've ever had! I wouldn't trade them for anything! I've been unable to clean because of Heath issues & now being a mom, low on time.. I have OCD when it comes to cleaning... So having to hire someone, it's taking a risk since I always think no one can do a better job than I. Although, I know with my girls, I don't have anything to worry about. They pick up everything to vacuum, dust/polish & mop. ...one thing that's very hard to find. They're the most thorough cleaners! Trustworthy, honest and EFFICIENT! THEY WORK! (Looks like they're running around here "like chickens with their heads cut off!" -like me!) Nothing but positive from me!!!

We have used Mini Maid for more than 10 years. My current crew is Team 2 and I love their work. My home is gorgeous after they leave. After more than 100 home cleanings in 10 years, there have been 2 times when something was missed. I called the office and each time they had another team arrive to fix the issue on the same day. As a business owner myself, I appreciate how quickly they have responded. I highly recommend Mini Maid.

I will never use them again. They came in here with a floor vacuum and I saw one of the gals try to pick it up and use it on the upholstery. It was terrible. They were suppose to be here at 11 and showed up at 3:30. I had things to do but waited all day for them to show up. It was like 4 gals and only one acted like she had half of brains and the other 3 were just kinda there. They brought in a canister hose to use one the vacuum but she used the upright on the couch. The owner got all p**** about it and wanted her money right away and I put her off about a week.

They did a good job. I would probably use them if I needed a one time cleaning. They should be more detailed. I had to tell them to do deeper cleaning on baseboard and stuff like that. They did well. I think the price was market price and it was nothing exceptional.

There's nothing better than coming home after Mini Maids has cleaned our house. They arrive every other week and as-needed and always are so professional, friendly and thorough. I highly recommend them!

This was my first time scheduling a house cleaning. They did a pretty good job although i was sad to see that they were unable to get some water stains out of my blinds (they certainly tried though) and the window sills could have used a little more attention. Very happy with their professionalism and promptness. It was very nice to come home to a clean house. The bathrooms have never looked better and our carpet looks like new again (their vacuums do a much better job than mine).

Cleaned as instructed and did a great job. Like the fact that they request to use your solutions on floors and tiles. Sometimes different solutions can mess up the surfaces

I was extremely happy with the service. First I called to ask about price and when I told them that I had seen a coupon in the paper for a regular cleaning discount of $25, she told me that she would give me the discount on my move out clean. I was told that the 3 person crew would be at my apartment between 845 and 900 am and they were there right at 845. The crew was very polite and nice. They asked what I wanted done and we walked around the apartment and I showed them. Then they got to work and they worked very hard for a full hour and got everything done. The apartment looked great and had a nice clean smell when they were finished. I had never used a cleaning service before, but I have to say that if I am ever in need of a service again, I would deffinately call these guys. They also gave me a satisfaction card to fill out and send in for a chance to win a free cleaning of my new house. They also called me the day after the clean to check that I was happy with their service.

The company responded quickly to my request, but the cleaning was inconsistent. Some things were done well while other areas were not done at all.

They were good. I was happy with the results. They were very professional.

Mini Maids has cleaned my house every other week since 2001. They are reliable, careful, trustworthy, and professional. I recommend them without reservation.

I've contacted Mini Maids every few months for the last two years to have them clean my home. The first time I stayed home to witness their work and watched them attack the cleaning tasks with a plan. They moved so quick and efficiently that I felt in the way. Since then, I have left the house while they work and feel they are trust worthy with my possessions. A team of three is always sent to do the work, but there is a team leader who does the talking to get any specific instructions. I have had a couple of instances in the past where two items were broken. The first time, I took responsibility for the broken glass in a frame because I left the picture leaning against a wall and half covered. It wasn't surprising that it was knocked over. They didn't leave a note about that item and I don't think they realized anything broke. The second situation was that someone dropped a decorative plate while dusting it. In that case, they left the pieces of the plate for me with a note explaining what happened. I was advised to contact the office about getting a replacement. I sent a letter with my payment stating that the small plate was a gift and I didn't know the value. In response, they immediately sent me a $20 check which I thought was a fair price. Their handling of that situation prompted me to continue using their services. My other experiences with Mini Maid have been good. When I call for an appointment, they have always been able to fit me into their schedule within the next week at the time of day I've requested. With one exception, they have arrived on time. (The one time they didn't, I had to call to find out that they had shown up at the house of a client with the same last name as mine. I understand that mistakes happen.) The team leader is always nice and courteous and the other team members get right to work as soon as they walk in the door. When the work is complete, they leave the bill on the counter and lock the door as they leave. I often have a coupon from a mailer which usually keeps the price between $75 and $100 for my 3 bed / 3 bath home. The best part is that I come home from work to a clean house. While their service hasn't been perfect, I recognize and appreciate the solid effort they put into their performance. At this time, I plan to continue to use Mini Maid's cleaning service.

They come out once a month to clean my house. My overall experience with them has been great. Their prices are acceptable. Their responsiveness is good and they're perfectly punctual.

Overall, they did ok cleanings. There are better companies out there. Sorry.

I think they do a good job. They always leave a postcard so I can put comments on it, where they can improve and so on. Then I send that into the main office. Even if I want something done specifically I can just write them a little note, where I leave the check, and they take care of it. So I am very happy with them.

They have now cleaned for us 3 times. The initial cleaning was very thorough and cost $159. I noticed that they even dusted on top of the doorbell chime box that is located on the wall along the stairs going to the 2nd floor. One picture when dusted fell off and dinged the chair rail slightly. I received a very nice note on how they would arrange to get the chair rail fixed. It was a simple call to their office then a handyman called and set up a 45 minute appointment at my convenience. The chair rail was repaired and painted as promised and looks as good as new. I have been very pleased with the regular cleanings which consist of 3 people for about 1 1/2 hours - cost $120. All of my phone calls to the office have been answered in person which I appreciate. I am continuing to hire them to clean twice a month.

I HAVE HAD THEM CLEAN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW AND FEEL THEY ARE FAIR, FLEXIBLE AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE HAD TO CALL THE OFFICE TWICE FOR SERVICES THAT WERE MISSED, BUT THE MANAGER WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND OFFERED TO HAVE THEM RETURN RIGHT AWAY TO RE-DO THE ITEM. I HAVE HAD TO RESCHEDULE SEVERAL TIMES, AND THEY HAVE BEEN ACCOMMODATING. THEY HAVE SEVERAL DIFFERENT TEAMS WHO CLEAN, SO YOU MAY NOT GET THE SAME ONE TWICE.

MINI-MAIDS HAS BEEN CLEANING MY HOUSE FOR TWO YEARS AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND CORRECT ANY MISTAKES VERY QUICKLY.

THE PEOPLE PROVIDED BY MINI MAID WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, WE DID NOT FEEL THAT THE WORK DONE WAS WORTH THE FEE. UNFORTUNATELY, WE COMMONLY FOUND THAT THE DUSTING THAT WAS DONE DURING THE CLEANING WAS LESS THAN SATISFACTORY AND WE HAD TO RE-DUST OUR FURNITURE OURSELVES.
