Description of Work: Everything! We had them completely check all plumbing needs in our 40-year old house. Toilets were replaced, drains were drained, outside faucets replaced, water heater replaced, replaced water pipe connections in basement...a complete overhaul. We were very pleased with everything and have not hesitated to recommend them to family and friends.

Description of Work: I've used Lutz for years. They're always prompt, professional, and get the job done. I'm not sure they're the cheapest but they do it right.

Description of Work: Trenched to outside sewer pipe and replaced plugged section. Work was done in a pro. Manner and within the promised time.

Description of Work: We had a broken pipe underneath the concrete floor in our basement. While using a camera in the pipe, they had to cut the concrete, repair the pipe and repair the concrete. They did a very clean, quick job. I have used them before and highly recommend them. Fair, honest, and definitely know their stuff. Incredibly helpful and pleasant office staff, as well.

Description of Work: We discovered we had a water leak in the kitchen while we were away on vacation. Initially thought it could be frozen water pipe under the sink and hired Lutz to determine the cause and fix the problem. |Lutz responded promptly and determined that it was not a frozen water pipe. However the plumber could not tell us the cause. The water damage was extensive in the kitchen and warped the hardwood floors and there was water leak damage in the basement below the kitchen. He recommended we contact a drying service to treat the water damage. |The drying company arrived and inspected the damage and knew right away the cause of the leak as a failed drain solenoid in the dishwasher. We had turned off the main water line valve before we left on vacation so we could not understand the amount of water damage to the house. It turned out that when the solenoid failed in the dishwasher it allowed all of the standing water in our two story home to leak into the dishwasher. From there it leaked through the dishwater door seal and onto the hardwood floors. |The reason for the B rating is that I thought the plumber should have known that the damage came from the dishwasher. I ordered a replacement solenoid and installed it myself. Most of the water damage was covered by my insurance company.

Description of Work: This company was A+ in every way. The emailed response from Amber was swift, efficient and cordial. She understood that I needed a tub showerhead modified ASAP in order to bring a relative home after a hospitalization, and booked a call in a very short timeframe and at my convenience. The plumber, Brent, was on time, a pleasure to deal with, and did the work quickly and flawlessly. There is nothing about this experience that could have gone any better. I absolutely would use this company again.

Description of Work: I used Lutz Plumbing to redo the plumbing in our bathroom during a total bathroom remodel.

Description of Work: They installed plumbing fixtures in a remodeled shower and for bathroom sinks. The work was well done.

Description of Work: Replaced dishwasher tailpiece to the pipe under my kitchen sink and replaced a wing nut on another section of the pipe. The pipe had been leaking and there was also a wing nut on the pipe which interfered with the hose to the sink spray arm. Technician called to let me know he was on thy way and arrived promptly. He made an evaluation, gave me a quote and went right to work. Because I was an Angie's list member they waived the trip fee and I also had an Angie's list coupon, so I saved about $56. | Repair was done quickly and there have been no problems since. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
