Description of Work: Lutz Plumbing sent Anthony Rigolizzo, and he was excellent in his communication and performance. We are entirely pleased with the end result. His workspace was clean, and everything works great with a helpful explanation of the service he performed. I have always had a touch of sticker shock when I have plumbing work in the home, but it's worth it when everything performs correctly. I will use Lutz Plumbing next time I have plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Replaced garbage disposal and toilet parts. |Anthony was very professional and thorough with his diagnosis, proposal, options and repairs. Even went so far as to check sump pump. |Only details missed were removal small rusted pieces where the parts were replaced on the toilet. Additionally, a replacement cover was not installed but I can handle that.

Description of Work: They removed an old water heater and installed a new hot water heater. It was pouring rain and there were lots of heavy storm warnings, but the two technicians continued to work through the storm. I was especially appreciative that they were able to make the house call on the day I called them since I was going out of town the next day. They were polite, professional, and efficient workers. I would definitely use their services in the future.

Description of Work: Good explanation of what was happening with my sump pump. Got a bid on another plumbing issue. The bid from another plumber was about $1,000. Lutz plumbing did it for just under $300. I will use them in the future.

Description of Work: I had leaks in an outdoor faucet & a kitchen faucet. They rebuilt outdoor hose bib and replaced stems in 2 handle kitchen faucet. He was efficiently, friendly and tidy.

Description of Work: I had a clog and a break in the city line. They showed up on time, kept me informed, and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. They were very flexible and quick. They came out the day after I called them. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Lutz is a highly professional plumbing contractor. They were very prompt in providing a competitive bid on replacing one of my two 40 Gallon water heaters and were right on time when scheduled to do the work, which include re-routing several of the inlet/outlet copper lines due to differences in the size of the 24 year old heater and the new replacement. They carefully removed the old water heater with no mess and did the job quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this contractor to any of Angies members, for any plumbing services, large or small.
