never heard from them ever. So of course, never came to do the work. Need the money refunded and need to find someone else.

Came late at night-- very appreciative of their responsiveness.

They wanted $200 - $300 to fix each stool. I could not afford. Just wanted basic repairs.

All went well except we were floored by the price. Brent told us upfront what the cost would be and we could hardly believe that for 40 minutes of work the cost was going to be $307.51. I only agreed to go ahead and have it done as the old faucet had be faulty for some time and I just wanted to get it over with. I chose this company as others had higher fees to come out and bid the job and this company waived the fee. I understand that plumbers charge high rates and maybe this company wasn't the highest I don't know but I feel that the price was exorbitant in relation to the work that was done.

The plumber spent quite awhile diagnosing the problem which was fine. The cartridge was installed and still drips. It cost $345 for this project. The price for the part on-line is only $45. The price seems extreme.

Had to come back out after initial fix. Is now a good repair.

They were timely and professional and honest. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. I have no concerns. They were honest about the problem with the leak in my basement. They acknowledged the problems that I had. They completed my repair request in a timely fashion and they were friendly and flexible with being able to come out quickly to take care of the problem.

They're expensive as hell. I got to find some other people to do the plumbing. They are ridiculous. They charged us $250 just put in the disposal. We furnished it. I about died on that one. Then because they ran a snake down the pipes, they charged us another $300. They are not coming back. The work they did was good but if I had been here and known the price, they would not have started the job. I don't plan on using them in the future.

The company was prompt in diagnosis and even accepted delivery of a blue toilet that I found online to match the blue lavatory and tub. The installation itself was fine, but the communication about charges was not. When I asked for information about what charges would be over the phone, I was referred to a plumber, who never returned the call. Since I had been referred to the company by a retired plumber that I respected, I went ahead anyway, but even though I purchased a "one year membership" as part of this installation, likely I will never use the company again. When the plumber arrived for the installation, I was told the cost would be $400 -- with options being displayed only on a tablet for barely time enough to read them -- and that I wouldn't be charged $34.95 since they had come previously. The original $34.95 for diagnosis was a very reasonable cost, and I understood his statement as being a credit for the amount of the first visit against the $400 ($340 when less 15% if I also purchased a year membership for $89). You don't receive any printed or tangible information about costs at the time the work is done, but only in an email later. Only when I received an email after the installation did I realize that the company actually would charge $435 to install a toilet -- with a $35 fee to walk in the door-- plus a $400 installation fee. The charges seemed to me to be rather high and I am uncomfortable with a company who is unable to at least give a ball-park figure or a base cost figure for an installation and/or quote their hourly rates. I emailed the company on November 3 after receiving their invoice and it took over two weeks for the owner to get back to me. Today, Amber only confirmed that they give no price information over the phone, but only give that information when they walk in the door. I do not recommend this company.

It was great. I purchased a big deal and the plumber was able to retrieve what I lost in the trap of my sink. He disassembled the plunger, so I will be able to retrieve items I lose in the future. Brant did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with his professionalism and expertise.

Each time they have responded quickly, arrived when they promised, and performed quick, and high quality service. Kevin has been the technician each time, and I will call them for any future needs without hesitation.

I feel as a single female I was taken advantage of by the service man who came from this company. My lack of knowledge in a desparate situation worked against me and for this man. This was 8 years ago and I hope he doesn't work there anymore. Any company I use now must prove their experience and worth. In 2014 I paid a different company in Shawnee $100 for the drain to be routed out; not the $389 I paid to Lutz eight years ago!

They responded promptly to our inquiry; showed up on time; and did the work in a professional, competent manner.

Good job was done . They had to replace the sink and the faucet in the bath room. The kitchen faucet was also replaced.

Spectacular care and professionalism. I recommend them without reservation. Outstanding work, on time, fair price, extra effort, fantastic attitude, great cleanup.

Do remember that they were on time, professional and fixed problem as I would hire them again.
