If I can be ignored when I only requested I be contacted, why would I trust them to do any job for me.

Was after hours visit, called back within minutes and arrived within the hour. Also noticed that the hot water heater was too tall for the exhaust system and was leaking carbon monoxide into the house (the inspector didn't manage to catch that when we purchased the home.) Very courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.

He was about 20 minutes late to install but called to let me know he was running late.. He was very professional and went over with me what he was going to do. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time. He cleaned up after he was done. He also shared with me what I could do to help the slow draining of the sink. He showed me a product to help clean the drain and I decided to buy it. It worked very well. I was pleased that they accepted the coupons form Angie's list. Will hire them again.

I was very pleased with the Installation a new 40 gallon water heater, including removal and disposal of old water heater. Also, the technician did a very good job of re-routing some of the plumbing to put the new water heater in series with an existing older heater, and replaced an older pressure relief valve. The Technician who called ahead and was right on time was very professional and carefully explained all steps of what he was doing and ran me through a "practice" session of lighting pilot. I plan to use Lutz for any plumbing work I have in the future and will highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Quality work - all problems resolved to our satisfaction. Turns out we needed a new type of toilet to really fix the flushing problem, and they brought a new model out and installed it. More expensive than anticipated. $800 Hooking up the in-sink filter cost more than we thought it would. $300. Leaky sink was easy - tightening a nut. Hot/cold on kitchen sink could not be adjusted much, but he did what could be needed.

Lutz plumbing has been a regular at my house for the past year and a half. With all the things they have done for me, everything has been taken care of in a very professional manner with care being taken to not mess up my house. Even when they had to go get a permit the day before Thanksgiving, there was no hesitation - it was just done quickly and as a matter of fact. I have always been very pleased and have no hesitation on calling them whatever plumbing need I have. I would recommend them highly.

I was very pleased with Lutz. We had a need for urgent repair and our usual plumbing company could not fit us in. I called first thing in the morning, and they had someone on sight shortly after. They called to let me know when they were on the way. The technician was friendly and professional, and did an excellent job communicating the process, giving an estimate and repairing the problem all within an hour. They offer a discount to Angie's list customers that helped with the cost. I will call them the next time instead of our usual plumber.

It went great...Lutz was able to send someone out within 2 hours. I had gotten the ice chunk out of the pipe myself but I wanted someone qualified to hook the sump pump back up as our basement has flooded 3x in 10 years due to frozen pipes or sump not working (before battery backup) and I didn't want to mess it up trying to fix the issue I created. He was here for 15 mins, got it all hooked up and made sure it was pumping to the outside as it was supposed so and I all got charged for was the service call. For any future plumbing needs, my 1st call will be to Lutz due to their quick response and the fact that they didn't try to sell me a new sump pump to replace one only 18 months old.

Had a pipe burst between the wall from and outside faucet. Called Lutz and a plumber was scheduled to come out between 3:00 and 5:00, Brent called at 4:45 and said he was on his way. Quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a quote for the repair. Repair was done in less than 15 minutes. Brent was very courteous and professional. Will be happy to use them again.

I was very pleased with the job. Recently the spout began to drip so I called Lutz to discuss. I called after hours, leaving message with their answering service. I was surprised and pleased to receive a call back within minutes, from the plumber who did the job. He explained that the drip coming from spout is due to the valve on the faucet. No fault of Lutz, as my service call did not warranty any needed repair at that time to the faucet.

Due to a broken copper water pipe caused by sub-zero temperatures, I called Lutz Plumbing based on reviews by Angie's List members. It was not an emergency for me and I was able to schedule the appointment for a day/time that worked for me and my work schedule. The plumber called to let me know that he was on his way and gave me an estimated time of arrival. The plumber arrived, I showed him where the pipe was broken and he wrote up a work authorization. I will a little surprised at the cost of this repair, but I don't hire plumbers every day, so I really don't have anything to reference the cost to. My husband and I are avid DIY-ers and if the timing had been different, we'd probably have just done the repair ourselves. I was glad I had an Angie's List coupon that I used that saved me the travel fee and an additional amount. The plumber was efficient and professional. The repair was satisfactory - no leaks! I'd call Lutz Plumbing again.

Friendly and willing to show me how to fix instead of replacing the fixtures, which is what I was prepared to have done.

They replaced my hot water heater. The one that was around ten years old sprung a leak and was not able to be repaired. I searched around for the right brand and installer. In my case, I have to use a short model which are difficult to come buy because they are not generally kept in stock. Based on all of my research they did a great joc for a fair price.

Great! Amber was so helpful, we were having problems with or basement toilet backing up often and back in May we had a plumber come out and he cleaned out the main drain and there where lots of tree roots but the plumber didn't think that was what was causing the backup, he said it needed to be looked at with a camera but he didn't have one. We just bought this house in February and have discovered major foundation issues that were not disclosed on the home owners disclosure so we wanted to see if it could be possible that the foundation settlement could be a part of the plumbing problem. Brent came out early the morning that I called and he was very kind polite and professional. He got right to work and explained everything to me as the camera went through the drain, it did indicate that the foundation was making the pipe slope lower coming out of the house and water was just staying in the pipe for quite a stretch before it starts leveling out.

Steve from Lutz was nice and didn't try to BS me with unnecessary repairs. The work was completed quickly and professionally. The price was more than I expected by about 20-25% but I needed the work done quickly. I would use them again.

Kevin was prompt, efficient, tidy and clear in his explanations. I was totally comfortable in every regard. In a very short period of time, we weighed the options - repair vs replacement . Kevin was quick in obtaining and writing up his $ figures to present to me. No more than 5 minutes passed between our decision and his offer of a written bid. Kevin's co-worker was quick to deliver the new toilet while Kevin removed our old toilet. My first contact was Amber in the office and she was right on the mark when answering my early morning requests. I have posted their list of services in my mud room. BTW, the Lutz marketing material, explaining costs of services, is very well composed. Lutz Plumbing, Inc. seems altogether a superlative provider.

The provider was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and performed the work properly and quickly. Lutz plumbing was awesome and when I need plumbing services I'll call them again.

From the moment I called and talked with Amber to disclose the symptoms and history of the problem drain and let her know I had an older home built on a slab, her courtesy and listening ability was appreciated. We set up an appointment for the next day, Kevin called me about 10 minutes prior to the appointment to tell me he was on his way. He arrived on time with pink booties in hand which he put on immediately. He was pleasant and professional, and told me his plan of action. I appreciated that he brought ALL the things he needed--bucket, rags as well as any plumbing tools. He used the booties each time he walked through the house. He ran a snake and then tested the drain, which showed little difference. Kevin decided to repeat the procedure, and went as far as the snake would go. He was surprised that there was not a major resistance in the drain line. He tested again, and there was very little improvement. After several tests, the sink started draining like I had never seen since I moved into my house 12 years ago. With the water running full force, the drain worked like a charm! Kevin told me he was almost prepared to tell me that the the only way left to fix the problem would have been to remove the sink , take up the tile, and dig up the concrete floor to get to the drain pipe. I didn't ask how much that would have cost, but it obviously would have been a major expense. His persistance and expertise saved me expense I would otherwise have had to pay. After all the work was finished, he used sanitary spay under the sink cabinet as well as the floor to thoroughly clean up any mess. I am thankful that Kevin was the plumber that came to my house today, and finally was the one and only who got the job done. Wish I'd called Lutz many years before. I will gladly call them again if I have any other needs that they can address, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services. They are the best.

They were very good at getting back to us in time. My husband, who is a contractor, was there, and he was extremely happy with the work.

Brent arrived right on time. He covered his shoes with booties each time he went down the hall after trips to his truck for supplies. He quickly assessed the leak from my shower handles and prepared price quote. Repair was completed promptly and Brent cleaned up the work area. Brent advised original installation was partially incorrect and explained how faucets would now operate. Entire process was easy and painless.

Friendly, hard working plumber. To the point about what was needed. Never realized just how bad our plumbing was until it was replaced.
