Kevin was responsive to communication and very professional. He did a great job helping us to think about our colors as well as other concerns. He was up front about the amount of time needed, the process of the work and what might delay any work. The initial bid was for more work than was needed and once the job was complete he adjusted appropriately. The paint looks great and his crew did a really nice job. I would highly recommend this company.

Things went okay. They were a little delayed in responding.

Kevin Sanders, the owner, was very prompt in providing a written estimate. After getting several estimates, we went with KP Sanders because of the price and the Angie's List rating. Kevin sent out two painters to complete the work. They took down the doors in the bedroom and made a paint booth in our garage, which worked very well. They also performed all of the caulking and spackling needed before the painting began. They were very prompt and stayed all day to paint. Kevin came over personally to review the job, and he and I agreed that it looked good, but that my wife would look at it and we would let them know of any additional issues. This was on Thursday. On Friday, the painters finished were finishing up and one of them informed me that he had noticed a leak in our master bathroom faucet. Apparently, the painters were using our bathroom faucet and lavatory to wash their paint brushes. This is where the problems began. I walked downstairs and, indeed, we had water down through our ceiling into our kitchen. I don't know when the painters determined there was a leak, but it wasn't visible until Friday afternoon. Regardless, the painters completed cleaning up and left for the weekend. When my wife came home, she inspected the paint job and came up with a list of items to be fixed. Some areas of the bathroom (small areas) had not been painted with two coats, and another small area had been missed completely. So, we provided the owner with a punch list to complete, and he sent the same crew over on Monday. They finished the work about 2PM, and we still didn't like the work. So, on Tuesday, Kevin and another painter came over and finished the job. I thought Kevin treated us with respect while we were complaining about the work, and I thought he did his best in making it right. Overall, this experience can be no better than a B, because of the time that the painters were in our house and how many things had to be corrected. However, the rooms look nice and we are finally back in our bedroom. One final thing, the paint crew failed to remove all of the plastic and tape from the makeshift paint booth in our garage, so our garage door would not open until I took all of that stuff down. That type of annoyance happened during this job.

Kevin showed up on-time for the estimate (in fact, he was early). He was friendly and courteous and agreed to paint our house before we moved in and when the house was unoccupied. When we arrived at the house, we were pleasantly surprised to see everything was done exactly as was promised. Kevin also came over to make sure that we were satisfied with the results. We told him about a minor little problem, and he had his crew over on Friday morning to fix it. Kevin was very professional, and I would recommend him to others.

Very satisfied with the work crew. They were on time, courteous and effecient. Jobsite was left clean and neat. Would reccomend to anyone.
