We had owned a Kinetico water softner before and knew that was what we wanted in this house. JFDenney is an authorized dealer. Everything from the initial contact with Jill to the install with Jared went very smoothly and quickly. Very professional, courteous, clean and efficient. We had a very tight space to fit and Jared set things up so we can maneuver the salt tank to get to other systems. More than pleased!

Denay and Jared were amazing when it came to choosing a water softener and getting an excellent installation service. Denay came out and tested our water, gave us a variety of purchasing options, and made sure the job was done professionally and perfect! Jared installed both our water softener and reverse osmosis system, starting in our basement and piping it all the way to our sink and refrigerator upstairs. You would never even know he did anything, it was so perfect! He also fixed up our plumbing room so it is neat and tidy. Thank you so much Denay and Jared, for your awesome work and attention to detail in helping us with our plumbing.

Telley, who was very friendly and helpful, set us up with a next day appointment and called me when the technician was on his way. Charles arrived on time and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and make the needed repairs. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the system.

Kinetico/JF Denney (Kyle) and installer Jared were very professional and answered all of our questions (I ask a ton and wanted to know details). The Kinetico product seems very good, but when I decided to go with less expensive option Kyle was so knowledgeable and professional I wanted them to install it for me. They came, they saw, they installed... for the agreed upon price and within a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend contacting JF Denney/Kinetico if looking at water softeners.

Not well! A representative showed up a couple of days after my call to Kinetico w/o a filter, took one look at the RO filter and basically said "Yep, you got a leak that I can't fix; but I'll sell you a new system for $1200." I later received a $99 invoice for a service call. I should have been told up-front that the filter could not be replaced and did not require a service call. Actually I am being billed for what turned out to be a sales call not a service call. I'm still considering NOT paying for this pseudo-service call.

Very well. There was a valve that was bad and it was covered under warranty. Ended up having a filter replaced on our whole house water filter so that was the only thing I had to pay for. Charles was on time, knowledgeable and worked hard to resolve the problem.

I have purchased tank-less water heater and I am very satisfied wit the team of people who helped me to decide which one and the men who has installed it. wonderful job!

Outstanding! Within an hour or two of making my online request Kyle texted me to set up an appointment which we scheduled for the next morning. He was on time and did an excellent job testing my water and had several options for me to choose from. I made the decision to go with GAC system and Kyle was able to get my system installed same day. Within an hour Jared came to install. He was professional, organized and clearly understands customer service. He needed to go back to the shop for a part but was back quickly and had the entire job done by lunch time. I would hire this company again in a New York minute!

I have been a customer of JFD Water for almost 5 years after my first purchase of a K-5 RO water system and a dechlorinator filter system. Our family had been drinking spring water for over 10 years and we wanted an equivalent or better quality of water option without the hassle of constantly purchasing spring water from the store or renting a Culligan water cooler. After months of research and appointments, we determined that the K-5 RO system was the very best option for the best quality of water our family would enjoy. In addition, we added a dechlorinator filter system after determining all of the negative health effects chlorine has the body. For the last 5 years we could not be any more satisfied with the quality of the water we drink and utilize in our home. Our water taste amazing, even better than the spring water we used to drink. Several weeks ago I called JFD Water to evaluate if our dechlorinator was still working correctly, as well as to review my old GE water softener which has been inefficiently operating for quite some time. Chris came out and spent close to 3 hours testing water samples and reviewing all my options. Our dechlorinator was still working fine. Chris was honest by not leading me to a new unnecessary purchase. However, he reviewed all options both equipment and price points for a new softener. He was extremely thorough and more impressive was very knowledgeable on the technical aspects of the products able to answer all of my questions with great detail. He also, offered great advise on multiple aspects of water use in my home. With a great promotion I purchased a new water softener and for a small uncharge a new K-5 Water system for my 2nd property! I was very happy with the significant value of the purchase. Over the next 2 days I had the K-5 installed at one property and the water softener at the another. Jared performed the work for both locations. Scheduling was arranged to best fit my time frame. Before Jared arrived for the appointment time I received a call to confirm the apportionment and arrival time. Jared was on time and worked efficiently. He was very respectful of our homes keeping everything clean during and after the work. He also had to accommodate a modification to our new K-5 system and did an amazing job. The quality of his work was fantastic (Everything neat, clean and consolidated). He spent time after the install explaining everything and answering any questions I had. Both Chris and Jared were very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to work with. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend them to anyone even considering any of these products, as well as plumbing needs.

We've had our system about a month and we love it so far! With our old reverse osmosis system we were constantly changing filters and adding salt. Our water was even beginning to taste salty. This system has a lot less filter changes and doesn't require half as much salt. It is so much easier to maintain.

We have been using the system for over a year and feel that the system works well. It is water efficient and uses little salt in the flushing process. The soft water is worth having and the drinking water system is convenient. Jason Davis did a good job of explaining the system when we purchased and Jarod is a good installer. It made quite a difference in keeping our stainless steel dishwasher clean looking without having to use additives and all our soap lasts a long time. I'm certain it has a benefit throughout our plumbing system. Jason was helpful when it came time to replace the drinking water filters.

My wife and I had been talking about getting a water softener for years. I had one growing up and knew what a difference it can make for your hair and skin. We had looked at others, but then we found out about the Kinetico system (both from a family recommendation and at Home Depot). So we setup an appointment with Keziah, and the next week had our water system installed. Wow what a difference! We wish we had done this sooner. We feel there are many advantages with Kinetico over traditional water softening systems, and after 2 months we are very pleased with our decision.

We bought our system through the Home Depot (can use your HD card) and Kezia was our sales rep. She did an outstanding demo at our house to show how effective the system was for purifying the drinking water and ridding our water system of chemicals and heavy minerals. Installation guys were very professional and timely. We have had the system for 6 month now and are glad we did with every shower we take and glass of water we drink. Makes your hair/skin soft, clothes cleaner, and coffee/tea smoother (and less lime deposits to clean in the shower)! Good not to bathe in gallons of chlorine and chemicals every day. Great product and great service!

Very professional and delivered on what they promised. Installation went great and was only here for about 2hrs. I purchased the dechlor and S650 and everything is great so far. Definitely recommended
