Skyler Wassmer explained in detail what his crew was going to do and why it needed to be done. My tile roof needed repair in several of the valleys. We have a hip roof with many ridges and valleys. Nate went over and beyond to help me. I had a corner of roof where squirrels were getting into my attic and destroying everything. KC Roofscapes did a temporary repair on my roof in the past and I was VERY impressed so now that it was time to install a new roof, I hired them a 2nd time. I was absolutely amazed at the level of customer service Skyler provided and I especially appreciate the education on roofing products, systems, and longevity. He did a wonderful job of assisting with the Insurance people and educated me about the value of Class 4 impact resistant shingles. The best part was when I learned from my Insurance Agent that these shingles would qualify me for a discount of about 25% savings on my homeowner insurance policy which came to nearly $500 per year. This means that over the life of the roof (25+ years) my roof will more than pay for itself! I am now the proud owner of a beautiful new roof and I highly recommend Skyler Wassmer and Kansas City Roofscapes as they are very professional and they REALLY put YOU the customer first.

Skyler to the rescue! I had a small job, one asphalt shingle came off my mansard roof. Great communication, 100% accurate estimate. Shingle was replaced quickly and he ensured the surrounding area was intact. Will absolutely use him again if needed!

I made the mistake of paying him when he left. FINALLY got the invoice a week late. Still trying to get my warranty papers and picture that were promised to me. DON'T WRITE THE CHECK UNTIL YOU HAVE EVERYTHING. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Troy from Kansas City Roofscapes improperly installed a gable vent in Jan. of 2019. He never returned to caulk and paint as promised. I contacted them several times but they never returned. The vent has now been torn out and redone, to conform to code and fix the shoddy workmanship. The owner Nate contacted me, offered a refund of $600 and never sent the refund.

company has completed the repair work on my house and provided a transferable warranty on their work as I am selling my house. definitely added value for my buyer.

We want to thank Dane Shea and his crew for the thoroughly professional job they did in repairing our tile roof. It is not easy to find someone who really understands tile. These guys know their stuff. They are fast and and complete. As additional unforeseen problems were identified, Dane brought them to our attention and gave us options for correction. Everything was explained to our satisfaction, and the cost of the project was fair and reasonable. The crew, Jimmie and Ramel, were friendly, clean and honest and extremely fast. Initial response was fast. Time to estimated took longer than expected. However, both quotes were through and complete. It took an additional call to get the repair started, however, once started, the project was completed the project the same day. Cleanup was excellent.
