Dane came out right away to do an estimate. Same day that I put in the request. It took him a week or so to get to the job, but he wanted to make sure it was done right, so he agreed to hold off on taking the payment until it rained to make sure it was repaired correctly. Very easy to work with and very reasonable pricing. I am having him give me an estimate on a new roof for another house I own next week.

Dane did an excellent job on the roof and added a column at my request at the garage. He was professional, on time and very interested in what was needed and that it be done right.

Repaired roof with mix of wood shingles (where damaged, split, missing) and tin shingles where existing wood shingles were still viable but missing coverage. Also cleaned gutters for fall/winter seasons. Received detailed proposal before and itemized invoice afterwards.

I just needed a downspout repaired and dryer vent replaced. He not only did the work, but sent before and after pics, as well as explaining what was done and the reasons for the way it was done! Love it!

I was very pleased with the roof repair and the cost. The repair guy showed up on time on the date promised and did the work right away.

I spoke with Dane and he came out the next day after the rain had stopped. He and hid aid located the source of the leak late into day. Dane worked late into the evening until after dark to repair the roof. I hired another service professiona, l before KC Roofscapes, to fix the leak, and after a couple of attempts in more than 12 months, the leak was still there.

Please keep in mind that I used this company for snow removal. The service was excellent. They returned my calls and were very personable. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them for their main services.

When compairing the estimate, make sure you know how many bundles/shakes and ridges they're going to replace. Some high estimate can be due to them being conservative and replacing a lot of materials. I would rate these folks middle of the pack. I recommend these guys if your looking for a good repair work (not replacement) of the roof.
