Just Basements

Jerry and Debbi with Just Basements were great to deal with and did a wonderful job in finishing off our basement. They were very in tune with our needs and tailored our basement to exactly what we wanted.

Jerry and the crew provided a complete basement finish including framing, dry wall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, walk-up bar and bathroom. About 800SF. Jerry was very good to work with on the agreed scope before starting work. He did excellent quality work in an acceptable amount of time. No big cost surprises and very easy to work with on minor scope adjustments. Debbi was a delight to talk to on the phone and was very responsive to any needs we had. Excellent overall experience and very happy with our new basement!

Jerry did a great job, he was prompt each day and is highly skilled in his craft. Unlike other contractors we didn't have to have Jerry re-do anything as his work quality was excellent. He also did several things that our design overlooked to improve the project. I would highly recommend him.

Jerry and his crew were all very professional! I've dealt with several contractors in previous homes but none hold a candle to Jerry! I was dreading doing this project but he proved completely trustworthy and his craftsmanship is out of this world! I'd trust him with any and all projects from here on out. We interviewed several companies and while his quote wasn't the cheapest, it also wasn't the highest. He's very fair and worth every dollar. He doesn't take on several jobs as he likes to stay small and devoted to each project. I can't recommend him enough!

The bid appointment took awhile to get scheduled in the first place. It has now been two weeks since he came out to take a look and create a quote and we have still heard nothing back. We are just surprised that someone would take the time to visit a home and walk through a potential job and then never contact the homeowner again. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.

We really enjoyed working with them. They had the experience and professionalism to make the project go smoothly.

Jerry and Just Basements did a great job on our basement, helped us with the layout and design. We looked at several different companies, the quality of the work is what stood out with this group. Jerry the owner personally works on every job, he has been using the same subcontractors for years, he doesn't just go with the cheapest contractors. Jerry delivered on time and the quality of the work far surpassed what we were expecting. The crown molding as well as the handcrafted bar and entertainment center really make our basement standout. Jerry has been a craftsman all his life.

We asked Jerry to come out for an estimate after seeing great reviews on Angie's list. He gave us suggestions, and helped us to visualize how each space would be configured. Jerry and his crew were always friendly, polite, and so personable. When we had questions, or needed clarification, Jerry was always prompt with his reply. He completed the work in 8 weeks, and we are so pleased! Our basement looks fantastic! We would highly recommend him to others!

We didn't go with anybody because we weren't sure about the pricing. We will probably look at it again in the Spring and see if we can get a better price.

This was the best experience we have ever had for a build or remodel project. Jerry's work was exceptional, his ideas were great and he was a pleasure to speak with. He finished our basement both on time and on budget--all with doing exceptional work. He showed up for work every day and did an exceptional job managing multiple subs and overseeing the work. We highly recommend Jerry and his team for any project you may have and we would not hesitate to call him for any future work we may have. He renewed our faith in contractors and you can tell from his work he is a master craftsman who takes pride in his finished product. A true gem.

The project turned out fantastic. A minor plumbing problem came up two years later and Jerry was right there to take care of it at no charge. I am getting ready to remodel my basement and will be calling Jerry back out.

Contacted Just Basements for an estimate, They came out within the week, About a week later we had a bid.Work began a short time after the bid was accepted. They were very clean and work progressed as promised.Jerry was easy to work with and helped to explain the work in progress and helped us make decisions on what wouldwork best for the area we were remodeling. They worked well within our budget.
