Overall, very happy with the work that Joe at JB Construction performed! While lead time for parts were a little longer than expected (not Joe's fault) the work was done in 2 days. Look forward to working with him again.

This was the second large project we have used JB Construction on, they did our basement 10 years ago both with this project and the last hey were very professional and completed high quality work on time and on budget!!

We have used JB Construction twice for remodeling projects! Our second project was a 10ft two-story addition on the back our house, mainly featuring a new master bathroom. They did a great job with this large project. Joe is often personally on-site working alongside his team, and his crew is consistent every day and very knowledgeable and friendly. This was a big job and it was in the middle of high demand for services. Joe stood out to us because he had immediate ideas on how to attack our job and was no none sense. We waited over a year from date of agreement to get work started due to demand and it was worth the wait. Joe was able to keep everything on schedule, he worked with good partners and he pivoted well when the inevitable unforeseen things happened. He was an excellent fit for us and we would not hesitate to work with him again nor to recommend him to others.

We hired JB Construction Company to do a complete remodel of our master bath. Joe was great to work with! His responses were always prompt to any questions or concerns we had. He was there almost every day to check on progress and the crews and if something wasn’t right he saw that it was corrected as soon as possible. He was more than patient with little changes that we made throughout the process. We can’t express how nice it was to be able to be confident that our bathroom remodel would be completed to our complete satisfaction. We will be hiring Joe for more projects in the future.

JB Construction was always on time and quickly got the job done. They brought in architect to help with the design and pull all of the permits to get it done. I was very please with the quality of work and their suggestion through out the construction process that both save money, time, and gave a more desire finish.

Everything went great; communication was good. Joe and team were on time and showed up when they said they would. Very friendly, worked around our schedules, and let us know if/when they encountered any issues. Cleaned up everything 100% at the end of the job which doesn't always happen.

We were highly pleased throughout the process. The professionalism and workmanship both were first-rate. This was a comparatively small concrete repair project on some crumbling and deteriorating concrete at the entry to our garage. But we never got the sense of being treated simply as a fill-in project. In the day and a half of work, crews were consistently on time, courteous and professional. We were also impressed by the diligence in keeping the surrounding area clean. They even swept up before taking a lunch break. Most importantly, the work product was excellent. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

All three projects went great! On our bathroom remodel, we were out of town for 6 weeks. We trusted JB Construction with our home. The owner, Joe, was at our house most of the renovation time. When returned home, the place clean and our house well taken care of.

The remodeling has gone well. We have four restrooms in our office and so far two have been remodeled and the remaining two will be started soon.

JB Construction did some work with their employees and subcontractor other work. All was done professionally. All projects were cleaned up daily. JB Construction owner was on site daily and projects were completed on schedule. They did a GREAT job.

We had several items that needed to be completed prior to a big foundation repair. I hired JB Construction and was extremely pleased with the work done and the professionalism of the crew. Hiring them was a great relief since they took care of all jobs instead of me having to contract them all out to different companies. Work included: Gutting an entire finished basement, deck removal, temporary deck stair relocation, electrical relocation and sump pump electrical installation, fence removal, temporary fencing, and air condition unit relocation, JB even met independently with my foundation company to ensure proper alignment of tasks and coordination between the companies, It was such a relief to have JB handle everything. As we go onto the next phase of putting it all back together, I am looking forward to working with them again and know with confidence that fair pricing and top-notch work will be a part of our partnership.

Selecting JB Construction to improve my home is a decision I'm very satisfied with, and that's coming from a discerning customer who expects things to be done right. After thinking about a remodel for a number of years, I finally got started by interviewing a number of contractors. The idea of updating your house is fun, of course, but there also was some trepidation about making the right choice since the project was going to be a significant commitment of time and money. After choosing JB Construction, Joe and his team really made the process as smooth as possible. They were professional and courteous and kept me updated on the work and next steps all along the way. They cleaned up the house daily after working, and they quickly made things right if I requested any changes or minor fixes. Their workmanship was terrific, the project on time and on budget, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results -- kitchen, dining room, family room, and hallway all brought out of the 80s and 90s into 2018. A front living room was converted to a bedroom and needed doors for privacy. It was important that they looked like they had been there all along and were in keeping with the interior of the house (formal, crown molding etc.) What we envisioned and what was produced were a match. The doors are handsome in a similar design to surrounding doors with frosted glass. The moldings were custom made on site to fit the space and complement the space. The workmen were prompt, polite and excellent at cleaning as they went so minimal disruption. Since this was a small job we had to wait a bit to fit between larger projects but we were not in a rush. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, detail and quality construction.
