-10 **********! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! They are scammers. They make promise after promise and will lie to appease you at the moment. If you want to lose your money and mental health, then these are the people for you! PLEASE do NOT use these people! We had to fire them and literally start over. The hole that they dug sat neglected for five months. It eroded to the point of needing to be redone with more dirt (thank god we had a mound of dirt still sitting by the hole) and stone (the stone should have been put in when they initially dug the hole). All of the plumbing had to be removed and reinstalled. All of the panels had to be readjusted due to them bowing out. They are very charming and convincing when you initially meet them or when they need another "deposit." But once you start following up and finally confront them (if they even respond), they will gaslight you like no other! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

It didn’t!! They have our $3000 deposit and have completely ghosted us. Won’t respond to us through phone or text. Never showed up. We scheduled for second week of May and it’s the end of June. Terrible company! I’m so angry!!

Heartland Pool is not a reputable company that you can do business with. I purchased a new vinyl pool liner and installation 6/2018. The installation was done poorly with no effort to correct obvious flaws. This lead to the brand new liner leaking in less than a month. I have called and talked to Linda over a dozen times to fix this warranty issue. No one from Heartland has shown and now I have a damaged liner. Let this be a warning for any business you conduct with Heartland.

The installed the liner incorrectly, It is twisted in two of the corners and there are wrinkles in the liner. They refuse to address the issue. Free pool opening was advertised with the purchase of the liner. The pool opening included him turning on the switch on the pump. He didn't add any chemicals, didn't remove the Gizmo from the skimmer, didn't charge the DE filter. Wade is unbelievably rude. Linda insisted that the pump was running, the pool is open.
