Yes I would use of America Svc Co again.

My AC went out last night. I was able to call in this morning at 8 and they scheduled an appointment. Luckily they were able to get in and arrived at 9:30 AM the same day. The serviceman was great. He looked at the outside compressor and explained the capacitor had gone bad. He then noticed the motor had been replaced with a larger unit and called Lennox to verify it would not negatively effect the unit. He explained how my current unit worked and I was able to ask questions about newer efficient units. He never tried to upsell me, he wanted to make sure I had all the information I requested. Afterwards, he inspected the unit inside and I now have cold AC. The price was fair and I will continue to do business with Heart of America Service.

I have been using them for three years. I have an ongoing contract with them. They really are good.

I just read that this company has been in operation for 21 years, which means that I have been using their services for probably all of that time. So it seemed to me a good time to share my overall experience with the Kansas City community. My most recent service was done promptly following my phone call asking for help. As usual they were prompt, courteous and did the job. We have a contract with them to service both our units twice a year, and in addition have relied on them for advice on all our heating and A/C needs. The one thing I feel good about saying is that I trust this company completely. I have never found them to have given me bad advice, and their prices have been fair. The company is family owed and operated, and after an almost 20 year relationship, I strongly recommend their services.
