 + -1 moreThe furnace and filter box are located in an unfinished crawl space - they located the new filter box with the low edge about 3" below the concrete base - sitting on the dirt in the low point of the space inches away from the storm drain. This has allowed water to repeatedly get into the filter spreading musty air thru the house. They also did not seal any of the new ducts to the existing and left old ductwork and trash in the crawl space.

 + -1 moreMr. Jess Harding is very professional, hard-working and honest person. He made sure we were taken care of and everything fixed the proper way. Please don't confuse his company with a company that goes by the name of Harding Services based out of KCK. Totally 2 different companies and professionalism. We have personally have done business with both. Mr. Jess Harding is the real deal, Harding Services is not. Yes to HARDING HEATING, A/C & PLBG NO to Harding Services based in KCK
Description of Work: The provider installed a new A/C unit for us and came back to install new coil due to a recall from the manufacturer.

 + -1 moreThis is a 60 year old home and has all the associated problems that go along with installing a new system. Jess was very careful to determine what we needed and size the system carefully. Very good attention to detail and a neat and clean install. Took 4 bids and Harding's prices were extremely reasonable using high quality equipment. Our upper floor is now just as comfortable as the rest of the house and we look forward to the energy savings with this new high efficiency equipment. You could not ask for a nicer crew.
Description of Work: Retrofit installation of new central furnace and air-conditioning system along with the installation of new mini split heat pump for upper floor space.
