The installation date was delayed a couple of times, but that was not a problem for me. Nick was very good about contacting me and explaining the circumstances and reasons for the delay in both cases. I appreciated that!

They had to order the gutter covers and had them in just a few days. They installed what they could before dark and said they would be back in the morning. They came and started work while we slept. They were so quiet we didn't even know they were there. Definitely would recommend this company. Ready for the first rain to see how well they work. We had on our existing gutters a mesh type filler all along them. They were supposed to trap the leaves, etc from accumulating. In time, the rain wasn't deflected properly which caused heavy pouring in places. And vegetation started growing in them. The gutter topper installer removed all of them and put up the new product. He was on time and did the whole job by himself and finished at a reasonable time (one day).

They were on time. Finished the job on time. When they left there was no clean up left for me to do. My husband passed away a few days before so they e-mailed my bill to me. They were very kind and thoughtful.

After a significant delay due to weather which was not the fault of the contractor, the work was done in a very professional manner.

We called Nick Budreau, whom my husband and I had met at a remodeling home show a few years ago, to resolve the relentless dripping of rainwater and melting/refreezing snow onto our front porch. We had old screen-type guttering covers all around our split-level 1970 house, but they did not keep birds from nesting in the gutters, really didn't seal anywhere. We appreciate our neighborhood trees, but not the maple seeds which vertically collect annually in the guttering on the back side of our house--or the fringy leaves which blow for weeks each Fall from our own bald cypress trees in the front yard. Nick thoroughly assessed our guttering issues, proposed solutions, then explained the effectiveness of his product, complete with video presentation. He was not the least bit pushy or high-pressure, but sincerely proud of his product and thoroughly confident with the consistent quality of the installer, Cary, who would be on our project. Initially, we only wanted the one span of front guttering adjusted and topper upgraded, yet it was no problem for Nick to schedule this relatively small project. (Some contractors may have considered it not worth their time, as we have found with some other unrelated repairs.) After Nick gave us a price (not a quote, with possible add-ons deemed necessary during the installation), my husband and I privately talked and decided to ask the price of replacing all of our old guttering cover replaced with "The Terminator" product. Not only would this upgrade benefit us as homeowners, but afford a prospective one someday. Cary arrived one morning to first adjust the grade of the front gutter and craft an additional upper downspout from a gutter above. He was here well into late afternoon, unscrewing and removing all of the old gutter screens, then integrating the new sturdy product. He worked efficiently, leaving no debris in the yard. Like Nick, a very personable gentleman, Cary was someone we would even like to have as a neighbor. We are confident in his skill and work ethics, as we are with the quality and durability of the product installed--with a 10-year warranty, by the way.

Nick is a true salesman. However, I work in sales so I was focused on the best product instead of the best pitch. I researched h****** the web and thought that Leaf Terminator would be a great product to keep the maple 'helicopters out of our gutters. The fall is here and almost all of our leaves have fallen. It appears that the Leaf Terminator is working great. Not only that but the rain is being captured very efficiently by the gutters. There does not seem to be any run off--even during hard rains.

The salesman was great and very informative. The installer did a fabulous job and you can hardly see that anything is on the gutter. The product was perfect for this area. Very good business!!! A++++

Gary went about his business very professionally and friendly. I spent a few minutes watching the process and after watching him expertly sett up his ladder for a two-story house by himself without any effort, I knew I was in good hands and left him alone. Gary did not need any supervision. Except for some footsteps on the roof, there was no evidence that anyone was here.

Installer worked efficiently and steadily and completed work on same day. He sealed a few holes in the gutter. We did not know why those holes were there. Gutters are only four years old. He was to clean gutters to ground level. He did not remove any down spouts and two go directly into underground drainage system. I don't see how he could determine that they were clear. The system seems to be working as advertised although we have not had any heavy rain since installation.

Excellent color match. Installer arrived on time and completed project with no problems. Excellent clean-up afterwards. Also coordinated services for installation of GFCI switch for ice dam solution. Timely.personable service. Would recommend to others.

Excellent communication, care and service. Due to other work we were having done on our roof, Nick was very accommodating and flexible, and had an installer out just a couple days after the work was completed. The installer was awesome. He took the time to clean, inspect, and even repair some leaks we had in our existing gutters, and the installation looks absolutely beautiful! My wife, after getting home later that day, asked me if we also paid for new gutters! It looks that good. The real test will be over the next few days as rain moves in, but everything looks tight, well-installed, and very clean. I spent a little more than I could have if I had gone more local for the install (and a different product), but the customer service and personal attention was worth the extra expense. i will definitely do business with Gutter Topper of KC in the future, and recommend them to anyone in the area who is tired of cleaning gutters and dealing with landscape and foundation issues.

Work was done in a day, as scheduled. Seemed to be competent and efficient.

They're very good. They were very courteous, they came out and they did a good clean up but it took them long to get back.

Nick kept me informed of the status throughout the process. The first crew (1 guy) he sent out to install the covers couldn't do the job because his ladder was too short to reach the roof in the back. There was a four or five day delay until another crew (2 guys) came out to complete the job. In both instances the installers were polite and professional. The Leaf Terminators are installed and if it ever rains again I'll get to see how well they perform. I'm very pleased with the work that was done and the way the project was handled. I will recommend Gutter Topper to anyone needing gutter covers.

Excellent. This company is a fine representation of customer service. They communicated with us in a timely manner. The work was performed with minimal disturbance to our house and our lives. Hightly recommend.
