They schedule and they stay on schedule. They always made me aware of when they were going to be here or when they couldn’t make it. It was about a 3 day job, I think total. They were here when they said they were going to be and pretty much stayed on schedule the whole time.

The work was professionally installed. This process went really well.

Nick initially added gutter toppers to our gutters about five years ago, so when we'd had enough of the overflow issues, we called him and one other company. Nick quickly saw that the square footage of our roof was too much for the small gutters and downspouts across the front of the house. His estimate was reasonable and included new toppers for the larger gutters. The crew showed up when expected and did an excellent job removing the old gutters without damaging our roof or fascia boards. Nick stopped by as work progressed to ensure that everything was done to his and our satisfaction.

The install went very well and the results were excellent! We are very pleased with the work done and the installers who did the work.

Work went well. 4 trips were required to complete all the work. All the work was done within a 30 day window.

Extremely pleased with the installation of gutters and Gutter Topper product by Gutter Topper of KC. Based upon the quality of their products, Gutter Topper of KC, provided a very competitive bid among the gutter companies contacted. In addition to the quality of their products and competitive bid, the other deciding factor was Gutter Topper of KC?s willingness to work with us. In fact, they were the only company to do so. They scheduled removal of the old gutters and installation of the new gutters and Gutter Topper product prior to and after, respectively, the house being painted. This allowed for old, rotted soffit and fascia boards to be replaced then painted to the house and trim colors. During this whole process, Beverly, Nick, and Chad were attentive to our questions and communicated when crews were to be at the house. Both the removal and installation crews did an outstanding job plus cleaned up the property before finishing their portion of the work.

Schedule was agreed to up front, they actually started earlier on the date schedule which helped with another contractor's schedule. All work was finished as scheduled and clean-up was better than expected. There was no pressure experienced to do more than was required in fact they suggested to not install new gutters on the shop as they were in good shape and only required minor repairs. The project manager checked in to monitor progress. Being an Angie's List customer I used the service to get 3 estimates from Angie's List gutter contractors and went with Gutter Toppers of KC based on price and schedule, one of the contractors did not even bother to take field measurements. Excellent. Gutters were cleaned and covered with quality gutter toppers.

Nick came out and gave an overview of what the company had to offer. I had the Leaf Terminator installed along with some downspouts to connect upper gutters to a lower gutters so the water didn't just run down the roof. The installation went well. The first rain I noticed one of the downspouts didn't have any water coming out so I called and Nick had someone come out a couple days later to check it and they just hadn't got it cleared when they cleaned the gutters and downspouts before the installation. It was a 5 minute fix. Nick and the other workers were professional and pleasant. The next test will be when the leaves start falling. I hope this solves my problem of frequently clogged gutters.

In the end they exceeded my expectations. I was looking for gutter guards and my neighbor installed these 3 years ago and was very happy with there performance. They reasonably priced the replacement of the gutters with 6 inch gutters and the filters. When the sub contractor came to install the gutters I wasn't pleased with there knowledge of how the gutters were suppose to be installed. The gutter topper rep was not present when the work started. The rep did arrive and clarified what the expecations were. As the job progressed the Gutter Topper rep brought over the owner of the gutter install company and did the final walk through and indentified areas of the install that needed correcting and improvement. The Gutter Guard rep really followed through to make sure the job was totally right and met my expectations. I really appreciated this commentment to quality work and customer satisfaction. Would defintately recommend them to anyone needing gutter guards.

Our gutters had to be cleaned out once or twice, with my age it was getting to dangerous climbing up and the latter, called Gutter toppers of KC to check on gutter cover. we decided to go with the Leaf Terminator, They came out and install them in a timely and professional manner.

Nick did an excellent job throughout the process. His first visit to provide an estimate was so well done and thorough that I did not even get any other estimates. He was clearly knowledgeable and honest and had a quality, reputable product. He stayed in regular communication with me between that visit and the installation. He did the installation himself with support from Janet and it appeared to go flawlessly. They are both very friendly, quality people. How well the Leaf Terminator will work remains to be seen, although I anticipate it will perform as stated. Hopefully we'll get a good hard rain soon, and I'll definitely know later this fall once the leaves begin to drop.

they built custom pans to stop water overflow from our roof in certain areas. we have large pitched roofs. we had a 3 inch ran after they completed and did not have that issue at all. would strongly recommend them, their crew was polite and courteous. dan and lili stewart

Sales presentation was informative but not pushy or high pressure. The pricing was in line with similar products except for 'helmet' which was about 75% higher than all others. Job scheduling was prompt and communication was good with the crew calling to keep me updated of when they would be there to install. Install team did a good job as far as I can tell and answered all questions and cleaned up nicely.

Crew was professional, competent and courteous. All work completed in a single afternoon and debris was collected and removed.

Nick came out and did an excellent job describing the different products and helped us decide which would be best on our house. We also had the gutters on the front replaced, and they improved the look and function by connecting some short gutters into longer ones with downspouts. They were on time and the installers were great. The ran into an issue with the soffet on the 2nd story of our house where it was pulling away. Nick immediately called and explained the situation, the cost to repair, and that it had to be fixed before the gutters could be installed. He was correct, it was sagging in the middle. His crew reattached it, put up the new fascia and painted with the trim paint I gave them. Then installed the gutters and The Leaf Terminator. Now we just need some rain to see how well it all works! We are very pleased with the work Gutter Topper of KC did on our home and would definitely recommend them!

Extremely Professional Service. 1. Provider called when there was a scheduling conflict and we easily set another time. 2. Providers installer installed the first 192 feet of Leaf Terminator. Did the entire job in 1 Day. Removed old gutter brushes, cleaned and caulked gutters where needed. Neatly gathered the old gutter brushes and pick up all metal scraps. 3. Provider did the 12/16 install and again everything was superior including caulking corners of existing gutters. Highly recommend Nick Budreau (Owner of Gutter Topper of KC) for any gutter covering needs.

Estimate through installation all occurred within just a few days after initial contact with provider. Very responsive. Excellent service. Product and installation as described, cost same as estimate. Very well done. I would definitely recommend this company.

OUTSTANDING!!! the water flow before was awful, leaked every time it rained, now no leaks and the water exit the gutters like they are suppose to. The look of the gutters is NICE! I would have them repair, fix or add new gutters if I ever needed them.
