They came out April 14th, cleaned, repaired, and installed the gutter topper. On April 21, it rained, and we found leaks in the gutter. We called Nick about them, and he sent Cary out on April 29th to repair them. Nick was very professional with all our telephone questions and discussions. Cary was very processional and also answered all our questions.

Worked well with me as conditions changed.

I met Nick Budreau at one of the KC home shows in Overland Park in early March, 2014. He was enthusiastic and very helpful when we started talking about putting gutter guards on my home. He told me of a great deal he'd gotten on a batch of Leaf Terminator toppers and gave me a price that was equal to the price of the original Gutter Topper. He explained how each system worked and why the Leaf Terminator was a very good option for my home. (I have a Japanese maple next to the front door which sheds its leaves directly into the gutter above it. There also is a sweet gum tree in the back yard and another right off the deck; all contribute to clogged gutters!) Nick explained that he had picked up a lot of business and it would be a week or two before he could get over to look at my house for an estimate; that was fine. He called sooner than I thought he would and we made an appointment for him to come by the house. Nick arrived on time and, while I was watching the short video, he went out and measured the house. We discussed how much it would be and, quite frankly, it was less than I anticipated (yippee!) He went away with a deposit and the promise that he would have his installer come by as soon as he could get free; this house isn't all that large and Nick said it wouldn't take very long to complete the work. A couple of weeks later, Nick called and we made an appointment for Kelly to come by to complete the work. The day before he was supposed to be here, Nick called and canceled the appointment because it was supposed to rain and snow; we set it up for the following day. Kelly was to be here late morning or early afternoon. Kelly arrived on time and got right to work. He did clean out the gutters and worked steadily for several hours. He was thorough, answered my questions patiently, and cleaned up the bits of materials he'd dropped. He was very personable, helpful and efficient. It took about 3.5 hours for him to complete the project. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors!

Service: Window Wrapping | |Gutter Topper of Kansas City came out and gave me an estimate and when I called them back to sign the contract and begin service, the owner stated he underbid the job. He told me that I could work directly with his sub-contrator for the same price, but not with him. I informed him it was his company, service, and warranty that sold me. If I went through his sub-contractor, I wouldn't have any warranty. He apologized and said that he would not make any money so he could not do the work for me. | |As a final note, Gutter Topper of Kansas City quoted me $1865; I went with Exterior Energy Consultants Inc. and paid $1260 for the same job and it looks amazing!

Excellent job describing product lines and the differences between the products. They provided a "kitchen sink" demo of the water handling efficiency of the two product lines I was interested in. Very responsive to request for installation. Pricing could have been more reasonable, but over I feel we received good value for the money. Professional and efficient installation. The Leaf Terminator product has performed very well, even during intense downpours. The rainwater collects in the gutters with no spillovers.
