 + -1 moreGreg is unbelievably helpful. He went with us to pick out a new system and then installed and got it up and running. He didn't charge for his time going to the computer store or hooking up new the system, just moving the files over to the new system. A great guy who is exceptionally responsive and knowledgeable. The best computer computer service person that we've ever used.
Description of Work: Cleaned up and debugged a laptop and helped pick out new system to replace our old system for home. Also installed new system and moved files to new computer.

 + -1 moreHe was very easy to work with and went above and beyond the call of duty on a short time-frame. We communicated via phone or text to determine a time he could come pick up the computer and any related discs to reinstall software if needed. He was prompt picking up the machine, arriving when he said he would. He gave me a time frame to expect the machine to be returned and was able to return it earlier despite the fact that it was a more involved process than he originally anticipated. His price was more than fair, his service was exemplary, and I have since recommended him to several friends. I am now in the process of using his services again for some diagnostic and repair work following a lightning strike at our home and will post a new review when work is complete.
Description of Work: Greg took a laptop I wished to give away and wiped the hard drive of all personal information and tuned it up to ensure it was in peak performance condition (including updating all software drivers, etc.).
