Description of Work: I had Tony perform a Home Energy Audit as part of the Kansas Home Energy Audit Program. Tony spent about 3 hours in our home inpecting from top to bottom. He walked me around all of his findings.

+ -1 moreTony arrived on time and spent about three hours on the inspection. He explained every test he was performing and patiently answered all my questions as I accompanied him throughout the process. After a visual inspection both interior and exterior, he used infrared thermography to check for interior cold spots and exterior warm spots that indicated heat leaks. He then performed a blower door test that applied a suction to the house to identify air leaks to the outside. We were quite pleased with his analysis and plan on using him again in our new house.
Description of Work: We were getting ready to place our passive solar, earth contact home on the market and wanted data to use as a sales tool. On the recommendation of a friend, we asked Tony to perform the testing on our house. He performed a thorough inspection and produced a easily understandable report that proved to be an valuable tool in selling our house.
