The entire team at EMS did an outstanding job mitigating our damages. I couldn’t say enough for how professional everyone is. Hopefully we do not need their services again but if we do Eric and his team is our first and only call.

We called EMS, who was highly recommended by a Realtor in my office, for mitigation after frozen pipes burst and Eric Mann was very professional, helpful and thorough in taking care of the problem. When a delay occured, he more than made it right, kept up great with communication and follow up. I will definitely use EMS again and recommend them to my clients!

Fantastic they guided me all the way making it so much easier. They also helped me with the insurance company. I have used them with my rentals at least 14 times or more. I have had several fires, water loss and even mold they can do it all!
