This has been a pure nightmare, from the beginning to date. Let me start by saying he was paid in full so this is not a ploy to get out of a bill. He didn't listen to my wishes, he was very unorganized, he had family issues and computer issues that slowed him down. I asked for my money back on more than one occasion. He refused assuring me he would get the job complete. This went on for over 6 months. I asked him to adjust my balance due to his lack of ability to meet the 6-8 week time frame that we agreed on. He refused, I told him he should expect a review to match his services. He refused to release my plans although they were paid for until I retracted my negative review. I could not get a permit, because the city had since changed the requirements and unfortunately he does not know how to meet the new changes. Again I have asked for my money back and he refused. Here a year later still no plans that meet the cities requirements. Contractor pricing has gone way up, so I have nothing complete. I have emails and text to back up my complaints!

He was the ONLY one who actually LISTENED, HEARD me, and UNDERSTOOD my needs for my construction project. He pointed out essential things that I didn't anticipate, without trying to change or overcharge me for services I was not asking for! Also, after running into unanticipated problems at a crucial time, he gave me AMAZING referrals, who were just at knowledgable and efficient as he was! HIGHLY recommend this no-nonsense architect for ANY project, big or small. He is right to the point, without needing direction and already anticipates your needs, and knows how to navigate his field and everyone in it!
