They showed up on time and did a great job on the removal and installation. They took their time and cleaned up when finished. The windows look great and not a speck of dust inside. Only problem was that one of the new dual-pane windows was cracked. They ordered a free replacement and switched in out for the cracked one within about a week. I have some other Champion windows in my house and I know that the quality and workmanship is always excellent. They stand behind their products and labor with a really great warranty, too.

Went smoothly. Happy with the work, quality and responsiveness with our questions. Price was a little high and feel like (after the fact) we could have talked them down more, so make sure you make some counter-offers when they give you the bid.

Two men came out each time. They were great. They started the job and stuck with it. They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job.

They did a great job. They weren't the cheapest but it's an extremely nice product and they did a really good job on instillation.

Jose was there every day only stop for lunch. Jesus, Willie, Andrew & Steven were also task oriented. Here on time each day. Completed on time. Very good work.

When I contracted this job, I promised the salesman and division manager that I would either write a good review for a good job, or I would be the biggest pain in the rear they had ever seen. The overall experience was excellent. We had to coordinate removal of existing structure with the excavator we hired to remove the pool. Champion scheduled crews in to accommodate the excavation work. Then they were ready to start the week before Easter. As family dinner was at our house, they re-worked their schedule to accommodate ours. Then the crews showed up the next week as promised. The main construction crew was three young men that were not only skilled, but very good to work with. They asked how we wanted things, and responded accordingly. The most remarkable thing about this crew was not necessarily what they did, but what they didn't do. They didn't fuss and fight, cuss and scream. They performed their duties well and were well-mannered at the same time. They worked well together and I believe that had an impact on the quality of their work. They even maintained their composure and work quality though an OSHA inspection, although they did work a bit slower with all the air and noise monitoring equipment hooked up to them. I can also share compliments to the roofing and siding crews, as well as the electrician. All performed well, did quality work and were courteous and conscientious. Our friends have commented that "if they pleased you guys, they must be good!" My husband and I have a bit of a reputation for being "PICKY!!!" In reality, I'm picky, and my husband is a perfectionist. And while I do not typically gush on and on, I did promise to write a good review if the job turned out well. It was good. One of the persons was smoking on my porch; I didn’t like that. But otherwise, I'm happy with their job. The price was a little bit expensive. I don’t like their pricing. The quality was excellent.

The work was very good. They came in, they put in the windows, they left, and we were happy. There wasn't anything that stands out. The installers came to the house, they did the work, they did it really quickly, and they stayed around to show us how the windows work, and then they went off on their way. It was pretty seamless. They were here when they said they would be.

The service went real well, they did a very good job. They did a good job, they knew what they were doing, and I would recommend them to anybody. The cost was reasonable, and had to be done. The quality was good, and we are satisfied with the window. The whole package was real good, they came out and explained everything that was going on, and got right on it. We were happy.

We saw them at a home show and then arranged for them to come out and give us a quote. They came out and measured. We decided it was too expensive so did not do it. It was not worth the money. The quoted price was about $50,000. They were very professional.

We have used them many times now. They respond quickly to any inquiries and they provide an estimate quickly. I like that they are a National company and they offer a guarantee, so if something happens to the window, they fix it at no additional charge.

Our experience was horrible. They had two men working for them. They worked really hard but they were not skilled laborers. They would not answer our emails well. There should have been someone on site to manage the crew. The process took about 4 months to complete which they said it would only take a week to construct it. We kind of felt like we were jerked around a little during the process.

They called us to set up a date to come out and see the window. My husband had talked extensively to the salesman, who promised us that when they came out, they would remove and reseat the window. They came out--and told us that they would have to make an appointment with an installer to come out and fix the window. That was not what they had promised us on the phone. So, we made an appointment, and they promised, again, that they would take the window out and re-seat it. Instead, they sent out a two guys; one who spoke passable English, and one who appeared to speak no English. The two guys were very polite, but refused to take the window out. They put a bunch more screws in the frame, and said that was all they were instructed to do. The window now slides more easily, but we will not use Champion Windows again.

Salesman?s lies and misrepresentations persuaded me to buy windows. Promised delivery date kept getting extended. Windows installed are inferior in quality despite outrageous price. Salesman promised my utility bills would go down by ½. My utility bills went UP instead after installation. I have super expensive windows that leak air just as badly as the $189 thermal windows advertised on signs throughout the metro. I kept complaining to Champion. They sent guys out here a few times, but they were unable to fix the windows so they don?t leak air. Window installers chipped my freshly painted woodwork throughout the house. They announced they don?t do painting. The installers also left a lot of sharp-edged metal fragments and other debris in my yard which could injure someone or be caught in a lawnmower. Salesman?s lies induced me to buy insulation. He promised I would be contacted within 48 hours to set an appointment for installation. It was a week later I received a call, but only after I called Champion to complain. The installer from Williams Insulation wanted to come out to measure. He stood me up for 1 appointment. A second appointment was finally made. He called 15 minutes before the second appointment and said he didn?t want to come because snow was predicted. Then installer decided he didn?t need to measure and set appointment for installation. That day came and went without a word from installer. After numerous complaints to Champion, they decided to get another insulation company. The second installer kept promising to schedule an appointment, but never did. After a few weeks of nothing happening and my frequent complaints, Champion decided to get a third insulation company. I kept being told the installers were going to be here on such and such a date, but never showed up. Finally after 60+ days of broken promises and no-shows, I cancelled the order for insulation. I had also ordered a new front door. Delivery took longer than originally promised. On installation day, the installers were an hour late. They didn?t unpack the new door to make sure they had the right door I ordered. They totally ripped out my old door and framing, leaving a huge opening in near zero temperatures. Then they started to unpack the new door and get it ready for installation while my furnace is running constantly trying to compensate for the huge hole in my house. Fortunately the door I ordered did come and was the right size. The opening in my house was closed within 40 minutes. I don?t know what the guys would have done if the door had been the wrong style and size since my old door and framing were out in my yard. I had ordered a peep hole in the door, but this door had none. That necessitated another trip to my house to install the peep hole. The installers spoke heavily accented English I couldn?t understand, so I couldn?t really communicate with them. They damaged the freshly painted woodwork around my door. When I pointed out the damage, the installers just shrugged. Again I was told they don?t do painting, or at least I think that?s what they said. They didn't fix the damage. The salesman had promised me an additional $400 credit on the windows. I had paid for the windows, so he subtracted it from the contract for the insulation and door. When it came time to finish paying, the price for the door wasn?t at all what I had been quoted. After much wrangling with the KC metro boss, the price came down to what I had been originally quoted, but the boss wouldn?t honor the $400 additional credit. The salesman lied to his boss about what the $400 credit was for. I finally got $100 of that credit. I was just gouged on the price. I paid it just to forever finish this nightmare that had been dealing with Champion Windows over the course of 4 long months. Stay away from this company. It?s nothing but lies, deception, inferior products, price gouging, and unfixed damage to your home.

Great installation crew. There were some issues with one of the windows but the installation manager was fantastic in addressing the issue and would refer Champion to a friend.

Jimmy and crew of three were on time. Installed all 19 windows in one day! They trimmed and caulked on day 2. They were good craftsman and worked hard.

I drove to their showroom just about the time that the salesperson or manager, I am not sure, was leaving for lunch. When I walked into the store he got back out of his car and came back into the showroom. I explained that I was looking for windows for a patio enclosure project and gave him the basics of what I wanted to do. I was very surprised when he shot me a estimated minimum price for the job without even getting the details and sizes of the windows I was wanting to use. The minimum price he told me was more than double of the three previous Angie's list businesses that I had already talked to. I was fairly disappointed in the exchange that we had, so I thanked him for his time and left the store. I did not do business with them.

They did a good job. I had some follow up issues with them. There were some leaking problems twice after they finished the sunroom. It was a little bit of an issue trying to get them back out to fix that. I can't say I was entirely satisfied with their response to the leaking. They finally put some sealing on the roof. They did make it to our satisfaction so we haven’t had any more problems with it. The salesmen were really good. They have a nice showroom in the area that we went to. We actually looked at a sunroom before we signed the contract. They seemed to be very professional. I think the products are really good except for the leaking, but other than that, we are pleased with the results. It is a very nice looking room. I thought they were pretty expensive.

It did not go well. We felt very pressured! The price of the job went up 42% if we didn't sign up that minute. We just don't do business that way. However, the salesman was professional and the quality of the product seemed very good.

This was a great project. We were considering a deck rebuild but hate insects. Was then considering a screened in porch to replace the deck but that would not do anything about the cold and hot Kansas extremes. Decided on a sun room as a 3 season solution. Checked around and did not like the big box solutions as they just looked too flimsy. Had done siding and windows with Champion 9 years ago and liked their work so looked over their sun room solution and fell in love with the design, construction, materials - the whole package. We started in February with weather battling the guys all the way but they pushed through. I took off to monitor the foundation work just because I am like that and it was hard for them but I know they did a high quality job as I was there. The rest of the construction was equally high quality with Dustin having better ideas along the way than the original design called for. For example, he was able to modify the tie-in to the house giving us an additional foot in ceiling height then planned. Putting us at a full 8 feet. It was a hard job as the back of the house is very irregular to include a cantilevered area that required extra foundation support by code. But no p[problem, Champion was right on it and added additional pilings. The deck is almost done now; we are putting in the flooring and still deciding on what type. We did have a heat pump HVAC hotel type wall unit installed for around $1000 that will make the large, spacious room a full four seasons respite for my wife and I. And that came form Champion. Also had vertical blinds installed and full glass on the front wall with mostly full glass on the two side walls except for the 3 foot kick panel area and I wanted some more insulation there. As it is the floor is a very thick sandwich of plywood and insulation like styrofoam. Roof panels are also sandwich foam construction for heat insulation in summer and to prevent loss of heat in winter. Wife and I have already spend many evenings out there some where we watched a snow or rain storm. With all the glass, it is a joy to be able to see everything and still be cozy inside! A special kudo to John McConnell as project manager. We was tireless in his efforts to ensure we got a magnificent area that exactly fits our expectations. Thanks you, John. You were great. Very good experience from timeliness of appointments, professionalism of staff, to the impeccable care of the installers.

They were on time and very efficient & informative about the windows. They were also very nice & pretty quick. When I measured the windows a week later, I noticed there was all this silicon on the sills. I wanted to do window treatments and I called Champion back twice and they said they would send someone out to fix it. The first time I called back, I spoke to the salesman and he sent Bobby out to look at it. I waited two weeks, but no one ever came back out. Their customer service isn’t great. It’s the crew who did the work I take issue with. There is no follow through. They left some of their plastic in the backyard when they left. They also left paint chips outside. As of now, I still have received no response from them.

It went wonderful!!! Completed it all in one full day. We are very pleased. We couldn't have asked for more professional and caring men in our home. We were truly impressed. We would most definitely use their services again in the future.
