Everything went great as I expected. This was the second time that we had them do work for us. I probably don't need to say anything more than that. They only sell quality products. All of their workers are extremely professional and you can tell they know exactly what they are doing. The people in the showroom work very hard to help you choose exactly what you want and need. We couldn't be happier and I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything went great. When we went to the showroom Karyn did a great job at answering all of our questions and concerns and helped us pick out the flooring. Bill came out a couple days later to measure and we received a quote in the mail a couple days after that. The installation was scheduled for a couple weeks later and everyone arrived that morning as scheduled. They did it all - removed baseboards, the appliances, and the toilet. After the floor was laid they installed new baseboards, hooked up all of the appliances, and re-installed the toilet complete with a new seal. They even replaced a baseboard in our master bath. The workers were all gentlemen and professionals. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. If I had to make a negative comment it would be that I could have used a heads-up on the dust that the installation would make so I could have covered some things to make the clean-up easier. But overall we are extremely happy with the results.

Assisted with selection process. Worked out details for install date. Moved all furniture to complete job and put all back in place when done. Good clean-up after installation. Took away old carpeting.

Purchased Angie's list promotion offer in late 2013. No problem to arranging the work even though the work was already paid for. Up-charged me $ 30 at time the work was done, still a reasonable value for what I had done. Would use again. Worker was professional and punctual and had good communication with me.

I thought from this listing that he would install carpet provided elswhere but was mistaken. He says he only services his own products. I did not end up using him.

The overall job was great. They were fantastic ad they finished the job very quickly. They did everything that they said that they were going to do. I thought that they were very reasonably priced and also worked well with us too. They were great in the office as well. Everybody that came out to install the carpet really knew what they were doing. They moved all the furniture’s and put it all back. They had to come in and check each room before installation to make sure everything is where it is supposed to be. If they had any questions they used to ask and made sure that it was the right way that we wanted. I would rate them high overall. I recommended them to others as well. I would use them again in the future.

They provided quality service and their help was very professional. They were very prompt in coming out and were right on time. They were good folks. The reason why I looked them up was to check if their quality was still up to where it was when we had them and the bids just came in too high. We were going to have some tile work done through them. It's no fault of theirs but it's just that the work is too expensive to do. We just decided to hold off for maybe a year or so.

They are great and the projects went very well. They do good work for a very good price.

The crew was prompt, professional and efficient. We used them again when we had to have the carpet re-stretched after a floor repair.

We purchased and had installed 216 sq yds of carpet. Enough to cover the entire house. They went out of their way to bring carpet samples out to us and to educate us on the various types. After the carpet selection and deposit process we waited for the installation date. The installation crew showed up on time even with a massive snow storm hindering efforts. They shoveled the drive themselves to be able to get up to the garage. So far the installation looks well done and they did not damage the walls or furniture at all. We have large and heavy pieces of furniture that they moved around without damage while doing the job. We recently had the interior painted and I expected to find rub marks after the installation, but did not.

We called for an estimate and they called back the next day and set up an appointment . They were on time and thorough in measuring and explaining what they would do.He said the estimate would be mailed out that day. Instead I called the office the next morning and got the estimate over the phone, Their estimate was better than ones we already had and I was impressed with their professionalism . We accepted their bid and they said we should have the work done in a week due to having to order the merchandise Less than a week they called and set a date for the job. The installers were on time. They removed the 1/4 round,Nailed the subfloor to the joists. Filled in the embossed pattern in the old floor and laid the new flooring.They then replaced the 1/4 round ,filled in the nail holes and cleaned up . All this was done in a professional manner.

They are just excellent. They worked with me in terms of the product I wanted to install. They were prompt. They were extremely thorough. They knew how to lay carpets. I have no complaints about their price. They were very professional.

This is a small shop, but the employees are very friendly. I knew virtually nothing about carpeting or tile, and with the help of one of the ladies in the shop was able to make a good decision about what I wanted. I was even able to take home several samples to look at in my home to decide on colors and textures. Within 48 hours of choosing the tile, Bill and his team installed it. It looks wonderful, but a couple of the 1/2 inch rounds were broken in the process, and I will have to replace them myself. The carpeting had to be ordered, but again, it was installed almost immediately after it was received from the warehouse (took about 10 days). The blinds were a bit of a problem. Two of our doors were measured incorrectly and the warehouse shorted Bill one set of blinds, but all were installed without additional charges to us. Everything looks wonderful. The only "qualm" I have is that it was pricier than I thought it would be...I didn't have time to do much comparison shopping.

Very Well. Stopped by Bill's with a sample. Office gave me an approximate cost. Bill came to measure. Company ordered a sample to make sure it matched my sample. Carpet arrived and called me to make appointment to install. Crew arrived on time, did a nice job. Cleaned up well.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES FOR MY HOME AND MY BUSINESS. THEIR PRICES ARE RIGHT, THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS VERY GOOD, AND THEIR SERVICE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WOULD CERTAINLY BUY CARPET FROM THEM AGAIN.
