Salesperson was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. We bought the system, set a day for the installation. The technician was right on time. It took about 2 hours to install the system. We feel much safer with our security system in our home.
Description of Work: We had breakins occurring in our neighborhood, so we were shopping for an alarm system. We got 3 quotes from 3 companies. Best Security saved us several hundred dollars over the other bids. Their monthly fee was also less than the other three bids. The sales person was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The technician was great to deal with. Cleaned up after himself, and took lots of time training us on how to use the system.
