Wendy managed the negotiation process professionally and coordinated all inspections and other pre-close logistics on our behalf - from mortgage services to insurance options and more. We did most of the transaction electronically with her guidance. Once we closed on our new home, Wendy continued to offer expert services helping us find high quality resources to help us with some remodeling projects. We highly recommend Wendy and her company!

Description of Work: Rebekah is a wonderful real estate agent. She worked tirelessly with us over several weeks to find the right house. I have worked with lots of realtors in the past and she is the first one I came across that had not only the intergrity, but the patience, the energy, and the interest to keep up with me. I can't say enough good things about her. She is very knowledgeable about the market and the current conditions. She is upbeat, smart, and personable. I would highly recommend her as a great realtor to deal with in finding or listing a home. As for what I paid her, she received the typical 6% realtor's fee from the sale.
