Excellent. With Wendy's help we zeroed in on the neighborhood in which we wanted to live and we found our new home. Wendy managed the negotiation process professionally and coordinated all inspections and other pre-close logistics on our behalf - from mortgage services to insurance options and more. We did most of the transaction electronically with her guidance. Once we closed on our new home, Wendy continued to offer expert services helping us find high quality resources to help us with some remodeling projects. We highly recommend Wendy and her company!
