Assembly Man Services

I submitted my request on line and after 2 weeks I received no response. The company advertised they did the type of work I was requesting. Since I received no response to my request I used another individual.

So, I chose Assembly Man Services based on the good reviews, and, what can I say, my experience was also good. Here's what I liked: 1. Great, competitive rate. 2. Easy booking: 3. Quick response time when I sent a question prior to booking. 4. I was sent an automated text message the day of my appointment to let me know that someone was on the way. 5. The work was done quickly and professionally. We had a rack for hanging pots and pans installed and had some furniture secured to the wall. It took about an hour.

Cameron did a great job very professional and was able to come right away. I was very pleased with his work

Excellent. I had ordered a small house for a ferrell cat. It needed to be assembled, so I called Assembly Man Services. Cameron arrived as scheduled and put the little house together. No instructions were included so he had to figure it out on his own. One piece of wood was split upon arrival but he got it repaired so there was no harm to the structure. He was so nice and courteous and did such a good job I would highly recommend him. In fact, I have another project planned for him.

I probably should have listened to the other reviews about them not being on time. Ended up being past 5pm for a 10am appt, which was more than an inconvenience for me. There ended up being a problem with how it was put together -- minor -- and the owner came out to fix that personally. To me, that was both appreciated but also expected, given that I'd already paid for the job sight unseen. They were fully competent and if time's not an issue (I mean, not an issue at all) they seem fine. It was a C for me. Average.

I called them and they were able to perform the job the very next day! I appreciated their quick response and turn around time in completing the task. They were courteous and professional and got the job done. I was overall pleased with the both the service and professionalism.

The two men that came to my home were amazing & quick! They assembled a large media cabinet from World Market, troubleshot my sound system issues and ran wires through my basement. They were quick, efficient, and professional. Thank you, Cameron for running such a great team. We will definitely refer your company and call you again!

Perfect. Always on time. Price is fair. From owner to employees you wont find a nicer bunch of guys. Will do the little things to make the jobs done correctly. I plan on using them again really soon to mount a fireplace and put together a million piece Ikea closet.

If you are searching for a good company that can mount tvs. Your search is over. These guys were great. AAA++++. I will use again. They were fast and very professional. They answered all my questions due to me having a tv mounted over my fireplace. Thanks again, Lee

The AMS team were quick to respond to my phone call. They came out to my house on time. The pool table assembly was neatly done. During assembly they noticed that the screws provided by the manufacturer were not holding the hinges together. So they replaced them with their own screws. I was impressed with this attention to detail. The clean up was very good. I will highly recommend them for any assembly work!

There were unexpected complications related to installing built-in appliances which were of a different brand from the previous ones. They worked creatively to find the solution.

Great job! Very impressed with Mr. Hartl, owner of AMS. He installed a dishwasher we purchased from BEST BUY. The installation was included in the price of the dishwasher. The $75 was in addition as he had to cut a water pipe and install a water valve. We were worried the dishwasher might not fit in the opening but Mr. Hartl was so careful and gentle that all went in beautifully. He also cleaned before and after the installation.

I emailed with the office for an appointment on Thursday, October 2nd and explained I had a conference call at 1pm and was told the crew would be out by 11am to have the work completed before my call. I received a call around 11am asking if they could come at 12:30pm because they were running behind. I accommodated their request and they came at 12:30pm and performed the work well. They explained that the mounting of my chandelier needed to be shored up and that was something they could do but would need to schedule for that work since would take about 2 hours to perform. I was very pleased with the company and my first experience, even though they had a scheduling issue. Was trying to be very flexible. So I emailed the office later in the day to schedule for the mounting being shored up for my chandelier and it was made for Tuesday, October 7th for between 8am and 11am. I received a call at 8:42am informing me that they would be running behind and asked if they could come closer to 1pm. Again, being flexible, I agreed. I received a voice message at 11:32am informing me that they were going to have to reschedule my appointment because of their schedule and the fact they were a man down. I didn't get that message until 7:03pm when the owner called to apologize and ask if I got the message(which I hadn't as I was out for part of the day) and asked if they could come tomorrow, Wednesday October 8th and was told they would be out between 11am and 12pm. At 12:20pm, I hadn't received a call or email and no one had arrived for the job. I called the office and left a message that since they hadn't arrived during the promised window, that I made other plans for lunch and the afternoon. I received a voice message at 12:39pm informing me that they were on their way and that my window was 11-1pm. After three scheduling hiccups, I decided to go in a different direction. This company has serious scheduling issues where they cannot keep confirmed window times. Yes things come up or happen and I have been flexible each and every time. But when it's every single scheduled appointment, I just cannot continue with unreliable service.

They arrived the same day I called, on time. The young men were very polite and and professional. They started to work immediately, and in no time at all, it was completed. They cleared away all the boxes and plastic and insured that I was completely satisfied with the desk and their work. I would highly recommend them.
