I would give them negative stars is possible. Their tech installed my shower pan incorrectly, even after I had them come back a 2nd time to correct it. I provided him with a video on how to do the install correctly, the tech informed that that method was wrong, he used a sub-par material. several months later, the shower pan failed and they refused to refund me for the pan because my tiling crew had to take it out to do their job. Customer service never called me to discuss, only emailed me lousy excuses, even after I sent them pictures of the improper work. Horrible company with inexperienced techs and lousy customer service. Will be taking them to court soon. Avoid at all costs.

If I could leave zero stars I would!!! Absolutely horrible customer service and have rescheduled us three times now even though we pay extra per month to be ASAP members!!! They put a note on our appointment to not reschedule yet the lady from dispatch called to reschedule and then got VERY disrespectful when we told her that they've rescheduled us everyday for the past 3 days in a row when we have burst pipes!!! Also when they rescheduled us they never called to tell us or ask us. We pay an extra almost 20 bucks a month for a membership and it gets us absolutely disrespectful customer service, constantly rescheduled without being told, rude pushy sales people that consistently try to upsell us on products we don't even need or want, and callbacks were no one says anything and just hangs up on us!!! Not to mention their prices are more expensive than anyone else in our area!!! We will definitely be going somewhere else from now on and saving our money!!!

-Warning- One June 27, 2023, this company caused significant damage to our home by improperly replacing a condensation line. On the evening of July 1, 2023, they sent a tech to identify and stop the leak. He apologized profusely and stated that he had notified "people above his pay grade" to dispatch a team to dry the area and assess the damage. On the evening of July 3, 2023, Anthony PHCE (per Tim West), brought in a company (Power Dry) to dry the area (we discovered later that the drying process used was not the industry standard). Anthony PHCE hired another company (Phoenix Restoration) to obtain estimates to repair the damage and test for mold. Once Anthony PHCE received the mold report, Tim West held onto the results for 5 days before providing to us (he first reported the results to us, via telephone, stating that the counts were "off the charts"). He then emailed us the full report that showed toxic levels in the room that flooded and in an adjoining room (per Nick Fink with Phoenix, only 3 areas were tested per the direction of Tim West at Anthony PHCE). Tim West (Anthony) and Nick Fink (Phoenix) also told my husband and I, on several occasions, that we were safe staying in our home...contrary to what was stated in the air quality/ mold report. Tim West also shared with us that they received had received an estimate from Phoenix for $10,000+ to repair/remediate. It was at this point that all forward momentum by Anthony PHCE to repair/remediate stopped and they began shirking responsibility for the damages. To this date (7 weeks+), nothing has been done to repair the area or remediate. Their CEO/owner has yet to return our calls. We are currently living in a hotel with our dogs in hopes of lessening the current effects of exposure and hopeful that we won't have any long term effects. It has become overwhelmingly clear to us that this company has NO concern for the safety and well-being of their customers or their customer's pets or homes. Hey Anthony...you clearly took responsibility upfront, but then pulled back the reins when the company YOU hired gave you an estimate to your disliking...come on...do the right thing!! The "Owner's" response to some of my other reviews made a very random/general comment referencing my review as a "misrepresentation" without any further information/details. In addition, they directed me to talk to their insurance company? What??? I later added this addendum, and much like our requests to speak the owner via telephone, this too has gone unanswered: "Owner": You said my “review is a misrepresentation of what happened.“ If you do not immediately remove the words quoted above, I will let a judge determine who is misrepresenting what. Just so everyone knows who "Owner" is, are you: STEVE BURBRIDGE? An KC based employee of Anthony? TurnPoint Services in Kentucky? OMERS? BlackArch Partners? Who are you, "Owner?" *The tech (Matt) that came to fix the leak was extremely professional, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, honest, and empathetic to the situation. Many of the techs we have worked with in the past do a great job. Our recent experience with Anthony PHCE's upper management has been deplorable. In my opinion, their actions and lack of action should be considered criminal (complaints have been filed with regulatory and prosecuting entities). I believe they knowingly endangered the health and safety of my family and pets, and compromised the integrity and value of our home.

Proposal estimate was 3 times higher than 3 other companies that are rated at A+ with BBB. Requested a call after receiving proposal to make sure everything was correct and never heard back from them....been 4 days now. Estimate 416575019Job 1765983. And please do not tell me you contacted me at my old number as I updated it 3 weeks prior. Stay away from this company as they over price everything. Just an example, they wanted to charge me $900 for an anti-freeze hot/cold hose bib, to which local hardware store charged me $152. Wow, what a price hike!!!!

WE WILL NEVER USE ANTHONY'S AGAIN!!! We've been a loyal customer of Anthony's for years and will not longer use them again. We had them come out twice a year to inspect and assess our furnace and AC. However, this last time Angela, one of their techs, they told us that we needed to replace our furnace because it had several holes in the furnace. At that point, they sent out their 'SALES REP" to give us a quote. $13,000.00. to replace our furnace and that was after our 10% discount. After reviewing their video and NOT SEEING any holes in our furnace, we decided to have it inspected with 2 other HVAC companies who stated that it didn't have any holes and it didn't need to be replaced. Later we learned that ANTHONY'S techs are on COMMISSION and they try to "scare" their customers into replacing their units so that they can make more money. SCARE tactics don't work on me and I argued with their sales reps and techs over the facts that we wouldn't be using them again. I highly recommend that you DON'T use ANTHONY'S, unless you are desperate as they will attempt to SABATAGE your HVAC system.

Todd and Daryl came out for a quote, which ended up being untenable. They were very professional and I would definitely trust them to do a job in the future if the price were tenable.

We have the ASAP plan, so we get annual furnace, ac, electrical, and plumbing inspections with our plan. Today we had the plumbing inspection. The man who came out was named Caesar. He was very nice (our dog approved of him!) and professional. He showed us with pictures that he had taken some potential problem areas and told us that our hot water heater is over the typical life of a water heater. He told us what could be done and gave us some estimates of both repair work and a new hot water heater. He did not try to sell us anything-said that if we decided to do any of this work in the next 30 days, to call and schedule it and there would be no additional service call charge. We would also get a discount because of the ASAP plan. I do not think that Anthony’s is the cheapest service, but I can say that after having had all kinds of work (furnace, ac, electrical, and plumbing) done by them over the years, they are EXCELLENT and they really go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.

James was fantastic! He was polite and knowledgeable. He efficiently fixed our air conditioning, and informed us of all the different options we had. We will certainly use this company again if James is any indication of the caliber of staff they employ.
