I called for emergency service, they called back and said they'd have someone out later in the evening due to other calls. They arrived much earlier than promised which was greatly appreciated. The service rep was very informative, customer friendly and completed the job in a timely fashion. I'd definitely call them again.

This happened after Thankgiving dinner. The plumber showed up and got the problem fixed within an hour. He also told us we could have gotten service on the holiday. Good to know.

Service, timing, personality, patience were all outstanding. The only negative was the humidifier repair cost, since it took him only 8-10 minutes. This Company cares and goes above and beyond to make the consumer happy. Because that level of service is hard to come by, I'm willing to pay more for it.

They were pretty good. They were very responsive and did good work.

They were professional, honest, easy going, upfront, called a head of time and were knowledgeable.

They showed up and we did not have much for them to do. They took the cover off the outdoor air conditioner and they found a dead mouse. They did do the maintenance work they were supposed to do.

I have used them a lot. They are good at what they do. They were very responsive and sympathetic in replacing our sump pump due to flooding. The price was also competitive.

It was very good. Their price was in line with everyone else’s.

The technician quoted me a price of $460 to replace the shower drain, replace existing p-trap with pvc p-trap, and replace a few feet of iron pipe with pvc pipe. About 30 minutes after arrival he called and told me the shower pan had to be replaced, and that would be another $700. I told him to go ahead and replace the p-trap and corroded joining pipe, and I would address the shower pan at a later date. The ONE stipulation was that he would not cut the floor joist below the shower. The existing p-trap was right on top of the floor joist, so I hired a professional to do this job since I couldn't replace the p-trap without cutting the floor joist. He told me he would have to cut about one inch into the top of the floor joist since the pvc p-trap has a larger diameter than the existing metal p-trap. I agreed to those terms and asked him to proceed with cutting one inch of the floor joist. He called me back and told me he was finished and agreed to reduce the cost to $400 since he was not able to replace the drain due to the shower pan issue. I paid him by credit card over the phone and thought all was well. When I arrived at the property two days later to address the floor pan, I discovered he had cut through the entire floor joist. Since we had a specific discussion about that very topic, I called him to discuss. He told me it was easier for him to cut all the way through the floor joist, so he decided to do so. I told him this is precisely the opposite of our agreement and was the only reason I hired a professional. I could have done this job myself by cutting through the floor joist, but I did not want to compromise the support under the shower. After my posting I received a call from a supervisor. We met at the property and discussed the situation. He acknowledged the job could have been done without cutting the floor joist and offered me a full refund. I felt a full refund was a bit too generous so we agreed on a refund amount that we both agreed was appriopriate for the work that was done. I have since changed my rating to a B.

They are pretty good and have done several different things for me. I have found them to be satisfactory and have used them for about 3 years on a yearly service agreement. They are dependable and punctual.

These guys are fantastic. The first night i got back from my work trip the house was brutal. 100 in my house at 8pm. i got on angies and called these guys and they came out that night. albeit it was at 2am but for a service call 3 hours after i found them i was impressed. They came and replaced a part on my ac unit that was broken and it got the ac up and running again. The next day the compressor blew out and they came right back out. told me i needed a new unit which was a bummer, but the unit was as old as i am(25) so i couldnt complain. They quoted my a price a little bit above Midwest AC(Which i would also use! Great People) but because i had work done on the old unit the price ended up being lower because they took the first repair off the bill. They gave me a 1 room ac unit for which i was extremely thankful for in the 100*+ Heat. And They came out and got to work the next day. Couldnt be happier. I am Writing this review now because i just called them again for some plumbing issues im having! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Overall the tech. was great and the service great.

This really is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Their customer service is absolutely the best. I called Anthony's on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment on Thursday. I received a call that they could move my appointment earlier if I wanted to which was fine with me. Once arriving, Jerry was so nice and knowledgeable. He explained what the problems were and quickly took care of all of our issues. Now I can say I finally have a plumbing company I can trust.

Great. We were on vacation across the country when our dog-sitter noticed that the thermostat was having a hard time keeping the temperature. She called us, we called Anthony, with whom we have a service contract. Within two hours of our call they were at the house, confirmed the symptoms, diagnosed the problem, called us for authorization (and payment), and made the repair. Without the service (and the service contract), and being away from home, our dogs could have been endangered (we are hitting 104 degrees regularly this summer, and that entire week, too). Totally worth it.

It was 9:00 PM on a Tuesday night when we noticed the temperature in our house was raising uncomfortably high. Called Anthony first and they had a man out to our house in less than a hour. After running several tests and diagnostics the serviceman determined that motor was out on the compressor and he had a replacement in his truck. He worked until almost 11:15 PM replacing the motor and we had cool air again. Thanks Anthony for the great service!

My air conditioner was not blowing cool air on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Anthony as I had used them one other time with good results. Also had a coupon from Angie's List. They responded quickly according to my schedule. When I described the problem, the very nice serviceman said it could be the compressor. After he looked he said it was the run assist valve and he would not know if the compressor was ok until he fixed that. After he replaced the valve, he found the compressor to be working and no further repair needed.Quick fix, honest repairman and even my daughter commented on how nice he was.

My AC stopped working on the 12th, I called early next morning about 8 am and they sent a technician at 10 am. He identified the problem being the cooling coil needs to be cleaned and cleaned the coil. The system went on. But when I got home in the evening, my AC had stopped working again. I called the company again, which is around 7:30 pm. They sent another technician, who arrived about 9 pm. He found that my motor has stopped working. So he replaced the motor and my AC was working around 10 pm. I think they are very professional and efficient. I also appreciate they they responded to my call very promptly.

The appointment was for between 3-5. I received a call shortly before 3 telling me where the tech was and that he'd be at my house within an hour. He arrived on time and extremely professional. He spent about an hour and serviced the ac units (inside and out) and checked the thermostat as well. When he was all done, he went over the checklist with me, showing me what he had done, and what I need to maintain. There was no additional charge. My small monthly fee covered the entire service call. Before the call, my ac was only able to keep my house about 20 degrees cooler than outside. Since the call, my ac is working great and is keeping the temp exactly where I set it. I have taken all 3 fans downstairs and put in storage!

We have had a service contract with this company for 7 years. Previously, we used their services for a few years. We have always been impressed with their technicians. We have never had a bad experience. They pay attention to detail and are trained to be good listeners. Very professional and extremely knowledgable. Their prices are reasonable and their office staff is extraordinary. The greatest attribute of this fine company is their ability to build trust with their clients. We never feel like we have been treated unfairly or taken advantage of. What a great testimony to our faith in them! We learned about them thru the Toby Tobin show on the radio. We use a lot of his recommendations.

Definitely recommend them. Life saving company.

Called the previous morning and told us a rep couldn't be out until the following day. The following day the rep called when he was on his way. The rep was very professional and courteous. I told him what I knew and he checked things out and within 10 minutes had determined the issue. He explained the cost and the fix and we did it. Would definitely recommend. His name was Jeff.

They were great. They punctual and professional. The technician stayed and looked at my furnace and gave me some useful information.

They had originally scheduled the appointment for Thursday afternoon 6/28/2012, but the plumber got tied up on another job. They apologize and rescheduled the appointment for Friday afternoon, 6/29/2012; they also waived the service fee of about $82 for the inconvenience. The rescheduled appointment was prompt, efficient, and satisfactory.
