Everything has gone great with him thus far. He is punctual and professional.

They arrived on time and did a Inspection and cleaning and were very professinal and polite . They did not use any scare tactics nor did they try to sell me something that i did not need. I would highly reccomend Anthony plumbing and heating to any one who wants a fair shake.

The service was fabulous from the first call to the final result. The staff who took my call was personable, polite, funny, and recognized the urgency of the problem. She even called me back two different times to ensure that I had received a call from the technician and to ensure at the end that I was satisfied with the service. The technician was there in less than 45 minutes from the time I made the initial phone call. He called me when he was on his way, when he got there after he looked at the problem to give me an exact amount of what it would cost, and he called me after the work was done to explain what had been the reason for the clog. I will use this company again as this kind of service is hard to find!! The best part is that he was honest with me and my tenants about the feminine products that had clogged the sewer system and thus able to prevent the issue in the future. The only thing I am still awaiting is a copy of my invoice and receipt to be mailed to me. Other than that, I'm very satisfied.

Larry the sump/ pump specialist came and told us what the problem was, gave us a bid we were satisifed with and lined up the job to be completed, from electrician, back hoe operator, plumbers to lay the new line. They left the yard in fair condition, and with the snow the ground will pack down and be ready for planting soon. The job went very well, was completed in 1 day, the men as they came inside wore covers on their shoes, and were very pleasant and courteous at all times. I appreciated the words they choose to use in our presence( no curse words). The house is 54 years old. We will use Anthonys from now on, and will check Angies list for any service needed. Thank you.

Called and the were there with in hours. They called ahead of time to make sure every thing was fine with me meeting them there from work. They were clean, prompt and had water with in the hour

Very professional and very prompt service. All of the Anthony technicians that I have dealt with are top notch. Parts prices are a bit on the high side, but I think that most service parts probably are.

They are prompt. Trucks have actual service man's picture on the van so it’s a hard deal so you will know who the right guy is since putting a lot of money just put on just to rob a house. They clean up after themselves and they actually put on booties can walk in your house.

He showed up on time, cleaned the unit, checked a few other things. I was happy with the service and the unit looked great!

Technician came out and repaired. Technician was punctual. Took less than 20 minutes. Service call $89. Technician told my husband that he was waving diagnostic fee as repair was so straight forward. We were then charged 230$ for a part that retails for 30$ on Amazon. An 800 percent mark up. Called manager to voice my convern over price mark up of part and he said that part price included diagnostic fee and warranty. My invoice clearly states no diagnostic fee and that part alone was $230. Update: This company cares about their reputation. After posting this review I did receive a refund about a month later. It is their choice to believe that it took their technician over an hour to exchange a furnace ignitor. The quality of the work was fine. The repair was straightforward.

Once I got word from my tenant that there were issues with a couple of fawcets. I was anxious to try out Angies List. I contacted them and was given an appointment for the following day. The service man showed up when he said he would and solved our plumbing problems all in the same day. Thank you Angie

Anthony Customer Service in the office has always been top notch and this occurance was no exception. I called around 8 AM on a Saturday to setup an appoint to have my Gas Furnace looked at as it had been acting up. They had a technician on site within 2 hours which was far better than I expected. The technician was polite and professional and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He was unable to give me an exact estiamte at that time due to not being able to call and get a price on the needed part, but from experience he was able to give me a price range. Being as my Gas Furnace is 20+ years old the price of this repair led me to want to pursue replacing the unit. The technician said he would call that in and I would be contacted to setup an appointment for this. Later that saturday the sales rep called and said he could be on site at noon on Sunday. Again this was quicker than I anticipated as I did still have heat but was appreciative of him being able to schedule me so quickly. I re-arranged my days plans to meet with him only to get a call 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment cancelling. I understand things happen, but calling 5 minutes prior is unprofessional and his reason was he was just to busy to come. The following Monday I called the office to setup an appointment. At first they didnt seem to have anything available, but after getting transferred to the lady who books sales appointments she was able to get me seen that day. She was very courteous and very professional. The sales rep called in advance of arriving, however when he called he seemed clueless as to why he was coming to meet. I informed him of the problem and that I was looking to replace the unit. He kept asking what my budget was before he even arrived on site. I finally just told him to show up and we could discuss specifics. He arrived on time and took a look at my existing furance and the first thing he started doing was "finding" other problems. He then kept asking what my budget was. I had to keep telling him to explain to me what his recommendations were and then lets talk price. He asked if I was getting other estimates and I told him I was. He then went off on a tangent about how other HVAC companies hire convicted felons and people with drug problems. This was a total put off to me. He finally did give me a quote, but failed to provide model numbers or even the BTU's of the recommended system. I kept asking for this information and he kept telling me to go to the furnace manufacturers website and look it up. Ultimately I received a quote on 3 options for my home, but none of the quotes had model numbers, and only had BTU ranges. Overall I was happy with the service I received from the office and from the technican, but was vastly dissapointed and putoff by the sales staff. When my Anthony ASAP agreement expires I will not be renewing and I also will not be using them for this replacement. UPDATE - Lori the Sales Manager from Anthony followed up by telephone to discuss my experience. She was very grateful for the opportunity to speak and to learn from my experience. I chose Anthony initially based upon the feedback of the company on Angies List so I do feel my experience is not a common occurance. Lori and I discussed my experience and she seemed committed to further education/training of her sales staff. All of my experiences with Anthony in the office and on the service side have been top notch, my poor grade on this review is only related to the sales side.

They were very punctual. When they come out, I have the tendency to hang around and watch what is going on but didn't seem to be a problem for them. They talked about what they were doing and the differences in furnaces and things like that. I even got to look up inside my system while they were here to see what the status was and how far long it is. The furnace looked pretty good. They did a thorough cleaning. The filters didn't need to be changed so they left me a couple of clean ones.

I called Anthony as my air conditioner was blowing hot air. They sent out a man that day and he was very nice. After i told him my problem, he guessed that it was one of two things. The first thing he tried which involved replacing a part worked and this meant that my bill was smaller. I appreciated that as well as his professionalism. I will definitely call them again.

I was very pleased with Anthony"s customer service. I called and scheduled the appointment, received a reminder call, and another call from the service tech, Matt, 30 minutes before the appointment time. Matt arrived on time and introduced himself and was very pleasant. I showed him the faucet and the parts I bought when I thought of trying to fix it myself. He said they were the correct parts. Then he explained he would waive the service call fee ( i had an Angies List coupon for $49.00 for the service call) and that the charge would be $167.00. I was not expecting it to cost anywhere near this much and expressed my surprise especially since parts that I paid $34.00 for were being used for the repair. Either way, although there was a small problem with cross threading, Matt was able to repair the faucet. I was happy to get the faucet repaired and impressed with the company's professionalism. I would call them again but probably try to get some price comparisons beforehand in the future and then decide who to call.

The overall experience went very well.

I checked them out and found them to be very honest. The leak repair job was pretty cheap but the water heater was not. I am on a warranty program with them where they have to check certain things for me without paying a service charge. I use them for my plumbing, heating and air conditioning. I really like them.

Start to finish these guys were pros. Booties when coming in your home. Calculations to verify heat/cool loads. Well detailed proposal. On time installation. Runners placed to not leave stains or dirt. Attention to detail on actual installation. Not a speck of dust, dirt or scraps left behind. Well marked and tagged equipment. Very courteous at every level. I have no personal connection to anyone at this company. Highly recommended by me based upon my entire experience.

Great experience, service person was honest and efficient. He did what was needed and went above and beyond expectations!!!
