It went great. The plumber gave a very fair assessment and then carried out the work to the highest possible quality given the old fixtures he had to work with. I was very comfortable having him do the work without me being there. Excellent professionalism & quality - I've dealt with a lot of plumbers and I honestly don't think it gets any better.

Anthony was very good. The price was high, but worth the cost.

The technician repaired the leak but also took the time to point out all of the deficiencies of the unit. Several major issues were pinpointed and I have scheduled the company to come get the system up to 100% efficien

We've used them for years. They call in advance, on time. Wear booties into the house. Allow you to watch, Explain what they are doing and what they are checking. One of the guys always brings treats for our dog. Always friendly. Very professional.

They do a nice job. They are courteous and polite (my wife likes them for that). They call ahead and show up on time. The work seems comprehensive. The only thing is they are expensive. The service contract is $348 for two systems which isn't too bad, but anything on top of that is high. That being said I will continue to use them, as some things are worth paying for.

This was the first time I have used this company and would use them again. Martin the technician arrived on time and was very professional. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. He gave me tips on how to keep my furnace in good operating condition. I was very pleased with his service.

Our tenant reported a clogged drain in their furnace room. I found Anthony Plumbing in Angie's List. They sent someone the same day. Kyle was very knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Since that drain is used only for AC condensate, algae grows and forms a plug that clogs the drain. He plunged the drain and used a small auger to make sure that the clog was gone. He recommended that we put bleach in the drain every month of so to prevent any algae buildup. Kyle was very professional, and an excellent representative for the company. I would recommend this company, and plan to use them in the future.

Personable comfort consultant arrived on timely basis and went over our situation with me. Wrote up an appropriate proposal which we did not take due to lack of price competitiveness against two other firms on comparable equipment. I have read the reply from Anthony PH&C - and in my mind cannot reconcile a bid that was over $1200 higher than two other Angie's List highly rated service providers on comparable equipment.

I have been very impressed with Anthony. My last service company for Heat and Cooling forgot about customer service. After 20 yrs I fired them and went with Anthony. After the initial visit I signed up for a yearly service agreement.

They had to cut a small hole in the sheet rock to get to the pipe and repair it. They also installed a new outside spigot for me as well. The technician even showed me the cracked pipe once he had removed it. So instead of repairing the pipe he actually replaced the pipe. I thought they did a great job, but I thought it was kind of pricey. But it does include a two year parts and labor guarantee.

My 3-year-old Carrier system has been running well since installed by Bannister Heating and Cooling, which was bought out by Anthony PH&C last year. However, a week ago I noticed that some water was leaking from the underside of the furnace, instead of going down the condensation drain, and called them for a service appointment. The service person, Gary, they sent did an excellent job and was incredibly efficient. Rhonda in the office is a very good manager. The service, however, was rather expensive and the bill is not itemized in a way that identifies the cost of the part (the freon regulator gizmo) separate from the labor. This is a problem because the part is UNDER WARRANTY, so I should not have had to pay for its replacement cost, only for the labor of installing it. I have not had time to call them, but one of the office customer service people called today and I mentioned that I wanted a "real" itemized receipt that separated parts from labor. He was a bit stunned. When I explained that I think I was overcharged for the service, he said he had to talk to some other folks--including the service manager--who would call me back. I have not heard anything yet, but I hope that they do the right thing and deduct from my bill the cost of the part. If they do not, I will consider canceling my service agreement with them.

The technician was here within an hour of my call. He was very professional and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part quickly and efficiently. I have had no other problems. Everytime I have called Anthony Plumbing, they have arrived in a timely manner and are always very professional and courteous. They always take care of whatever problem I'm having. It's nice to be able to call someone you can trust. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing, heating or cooling problems. They also recommended an electrician who was great!

Wes replaced a dual run assist switch, inspected the air conditioner. He explained everything to me and what had happened. The air conditioner is getting old and we will probably replace it and the furnace this fall or early spring. It was a Saturday but did not charge for an emergency call.

We got on Angie's list and saw that they had a deal on a service call. My brother in law used them for a huge project so we decided to give them a call. On the phone I specifically asked how much it cost to snake a drain. The woman said that there was no way she could tell me and only the pro could tell me when he assessed the problem. The next day the pro told us it would cost $220! What infuriated us even more, was that he just looked in his fee schedule binder to get the price. My husband told the guy that we specifically asked how much it cost to snake a drain and the woman on the phone lied and said it was impossible to even give a ball park. We understand that the person receiving the call can't assess the problem but when you have a standard kitchen sink that needs to be snaked there is no reason you can't give us a ball park number. In the end, my husband called and complained to the company about being lied to and the fact that we were baited into the service because #1 there was an Angie's list coupon, and #2 we had a 10-month old and required the use of a kitchen sink for cleaning bottles and making formula. They did send us a $100 check in the mail and a % off coupon to make up for the unpleasant experience but we won't be using them in the future.

They were really good and they didn't try to upsell you on anything. It was pretty straightforward.

I joined the maintenance plan so there was no out of pocket expense today except for clear tubing added to better drain water. Clint was through and professiona - he explained everything to me and was able to answer all my questions. Well worth the money.

Initially, Anthony's was going to send out two repair people, one for the leaky faucets (plumbing), and one to service the leaky hot water valve to our humidifier (heating and air person). However, thankfully, we did only have to pay for one service visit from the plumber. The person they sent was very helpful on making sure we did use our Angie's list coupons, was a professional seasoned plumber who knew what he was doing, and we would ask for him again if we could. He ended up helping my husband install a back up to our sump pump which we had recently purchased, fixing the leak to the humidifier, and teaching my husband how to fix our leaky faucets--very useful for the future. We are always satisfied with the timeliness, professionalism, courtesy, and outcome with our encounters with Anthony's. However, in the future, we would like to see the cost be lower than what we ended up paying this time around. Perhaps it was the mixture of tasks that fueled the cost this time around so we will continue to call Anthony's when a problem arises.

Very professional arriving on time and communicating issues and provided an accurate estimate. The air condition repair was very quick and well done. The furnace repair was well done and they didn't upsell me on repairs I didn't need. Simply brought the furnace up to code. Put simply, they are quick to get a technician to you, they do quality work that you feel good about, they are efficient completing work, and the price is not the cheapest but is reasonable.

Workman arrived within 45 minutes of my call. My basement was flooded after a heavy rain and old sump pump had stopped working. He helped me remove the water near the sump cavity, installed a new pump and explained in detail how the new pump worked. He did not try to sell me the most expensive replacement pump, but installed a pump that would meet my needs and be durable. Excellent customer service and responsiveness.

Installed a three and a half to four ton air conditioner and furnace. They installed it in one day. They were very professional and courteous, and did everything they could to make sure that I was satisfied.

Technician was on time, got the job done - even though it was a very difficult one.Afterwards, he explained to me what had gone wrong with the faucets and why.

It went great from start to finish. My system decided to go out during our initial heat wave and absolutely no one else could get out to help me for a week or more. Anthony PHC set an appointment for the next day, sent me an email with the id and details of the techs assigned to my call and the ball was in play. Mike Treas was the consultant and very, very helpful. He spent plenty of time reviewing the details and we developed a cooling and heating plan to meet my needs. Matt Jones and his partner were respectful of my property when installing the new systems and it was like magic when the old system was in the yard and then gone. Anthony PHC has an entire system in place to make the process easy and the customer never has to worry about what to do with all the "old equipment." I didn't put the price paid in my review because all system needs are different. You'll have to work with the consultant and know that he/she is representing the company with honesty and integrity. Good experience overall.
