Very thorough job of checking our acv unit and cleaned it. Found we were low on coolant so he added some. Also checked the humidifier on our furnace. He was on time and took his time checking out everything.

We never had any problems with them.We called them and they came,they did their thing.Their price was pretty fair i think as far as other companies in the area at that time. Its been over a year ago. I never had any problems with them,they were usually pretty good in the three years that I was there. They would call us probably twice a year to remind us that we had a service to do. Nothing ever broke after they were here. They would schedule the time and they would be there at the time they scheduled. They would show up, they do what they needed to do because she had an account put up with them. We never had to worry about taking care of the bill. Pretty simple. We have never had any problems with the A/C after they had worked on it. We never had any issues actually. They are pretty good since they are basically maintaining our stuff for the better part of a decade. I never had to worry about being broke.

Purchased the special on air conditioning service. Technician explained everything that he was doing, had some recommendations for improvements which were fairly pricey and I declined. Latter that morning, an estimator provided me with a bid on complete system replacement. Apparently during his review, he had a need to remove the cover from my furnace and it was not replaced properly. 10 days later, I tried to turn on the furnace and neither it nor the air conditioner would come on. I called the company, they offered to schedule an appointment that day (Sunday) but I optioned for the following day. I was notified by 8:30 that morning of my scheduled time for the technician to arrive. He arrived promptly, listened to my problem, discovered the cause, fixed it and was done in about 20 minutes. No charge for the call back.

Came out to give a quote on replacing hose spigot. Inside is unfinshed room. Quoted 385 dollars. My 2 other quotes were 170 and 250 for the same thing. Was told that they dont factor in the fact that it was unfinshed inside. That sometimes they have to cut into walls and thats why price was high. Appointment setter was extremely nice as was Ceaser the tech that gave quote. The price how ever was absolutely ridiculous!

Found one part that needed to be replaced, so i would not have a future problem. Thanks

Depending what work you wanted done, I think you get 10% off, but I pay like $24 a month. Their service is excellent. I would pay like two-hundred and something and everything is included. That includes the air conditioning and furnace checkup. I do not pay anything on that. I did not pay anything for the inspection today. I think they overcharged me once though.

The technician Kyle was awesome. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Sine being divorced this was my first experience and I had many questions. Kyle was extremely helpful, not only was he patient he answered everything. While he was working on my outside unit he saw that my hose spicket was leaking, he showed me what I needed to do to fix that! While inside working on the unit I even asked him about hot water heaters again Kyle was very knowledgable. I am definitely going to ask for Kyle for all my future maintenance! I would highly recommend Anthony's to family, friends and anyone else I have a chance to. I also learned the company has a strict "don't sell the customer anything they don't need" policy~ That's VERY hard to find in companies these days. That is why I like to stick with " small town, home grown, mom n pop, locally owned companies any time I can. These types of companies seem to have excellent morals, ethics and genuine care for their customers. Kyle and Anthony's DEFINATELY didn't disappoint in that area! Actually I haven't talked with anyone one at Anthony's that wasn't very polite professional and even fun. After you get off the phone with them you have a smile on your face and know all your needs were taken care of. You actually feel like you just got off the phone with a friend. I have a Comfort Specialist coming out very soon because my system is past its prime and could last a week, couple months or more we just don't know. Plus it isn't efficient at all. I knew this before I called Anthony's, Kyle was very honest about it he NEVER once told me I HAD to get a new system. He also said I was low on coolant but since I was having the Comfort Specialist come out he wasn't going to add any in case I did decide on a new system BUT he said he would come out a top it of without a service charge if I decided to wait on a new system!! I could go on and on about Anthony's and Kyle, Debra, Jill and others, but I will just say give them a call and find out for yourself how great the really are~ I promise you won't be disappointed

This job involved tearing out the previous system in the attic which was not to code and adding new vents and duct work for better airflow. The workers were very professional. The job lasted 4 days and at the end of each day you couldn't tell anyone had been in the house the place was cleaned up so well. The current system is far quieter and the house is more comfortable. They also managed to put in a new AC unit with new concrete pad without killing any of my plants.

The man who came and provided a bid did an excellent job. He spent extra time with us explaining all our options. He was set on getting our buisness, he matched the lowest bid we had received even though he had quoted extra work like adding a cold air return in our basement. The guys who installed did a nice job. This is the only company who said they would pull a permit and have a licensed inspector follow after them to verify their work.

Great service. Explained items in great detail needing service and wasn't pushy. Always wore shoe protectors entering the home which is a big deal and many other HVAC companies do not or just the first time when arriving. Will use again.

They were efficient. They were willing to work with us .The tech was super. He went above and beyond. We had problems with the vent and he fixed it.They placed all the appliances they removed back to their original place.

Everything has been great! They are professional and you usually get the same service guy every time.

It worked out okay. I've used them for other stuff since then. I think within a few days they were here. Based on that particular experience, they were real good. I had them out afterwards for some electrical work and I thought they were awfully expensive. I would use them in plumbing.

The hot water line for my washer burst inside the wall. Basically, the hose was going bad even though it was practically a brand new hose, but it had a bulge in it. I went to replace it. It was kind of locked onto the faucets. I didn't wait long enough for it to loosen and it broke the line in wall. I had to turn the water off to the house. When I did that, I realized the main shut off to the house wasn't working right. When I realized that, I had them come out and put a new shut off valve to the house and fix the new cold and hot water line for the washing machine. They don't just glue it. They do it professionally. They do the crimping and clamping. I had both sides fixed.

They come in the spring for tune up of our ac unit and then in the fall for our furnace. They are pretty good.

We are satisfied with them. They are a big company; you can take subscription through them just pay their annual fee then they get to visit you and you get discounts on stuff. They are major company here on Kansas City. They are very good and a large firm. They work hard and train their people. They wear stuff on their shoes when they come in. They have evaluation forms and are careful when they explain to you what they are going to do.

Everything was done according to the expectation we were given at the time of the sale. This is a company that did what they said they would do to perfection. Quality work was performed promptly and on schedule. Anthony offered systems by two manufacturers. Of the two Lennox was my choice but I was guarded about the brand. Numerous negative internet reviews by consumers were noticed. However, that turned out to be the case for all the major brands. In reviewing internet offerings I noticed the opinions of heating and cooling installers. The common theme was the belief that the quality of the installation exceeded the importance of the brand relative to system performance and equipment durability. We had two estimates from top quality vendors. Anthony was clearly superior relative to installation methods. Their several guarantees seem to be designed to alleviate any consumer concern. For instance there is a two year money back guarantee if the system does not perform as they said it would and their assurances go on well beyond that commitment. We had a maintenance contract with another top tier vendor. Out of loyalty we gave them a preferred status in considering what vendor to use. Anthony outdistanced them in every respect except price and the equipment being offered. Eventually the preferred vendor became non-responsive to our inquiries about installation. As if on que we received a follow up call from Anthony. We indicated that the other vendor offered to provide better equipment for a lower price. Anthony matched both the price and the equipment. In arranging that we gave up a 10 year guarantee on the heat exchanger which also matched the other vendors offering. Anthony warranties included a two year maintenance contract as part of the incentive for us to place our order. Given the corporate culture at Anthony we expect their future performance to be as expected.

They came out and did exactly what they were supposed to do and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend their services to others!

It was excellent. They were fast- the water heaters were installed the same day with no problems. Their prices were a little more than probably other prices but I think it goes with the level of the quality of their service- it is on the pricier side. so if you are limited on finances, you will probably want to try someone else. They inspected the water and heat pumps and one of our heat pumps had something installed upside down and we have had other people out and nobody recognized that. I was real pleased with that. They do quality work and backup their product.

The technician called before arriving to let us know he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. He wore protective shoe covers while in the house. He explained what he was doing while doing the work and then shared the results of each test. He found a component that was nearing the end of its service and gave me a price for its replacement. There was no hard sell or pressure to replace the part. He did a natural gas check of all the lines in the furnace and those leading up to the furnace. He did find a small leak that we didn't even know we had. Again he left the choice to fix it or let it go. No hard sell which I appreciated. We did have it repaired and once it was completed he again did a complete check of the lines to assure that no new leaks were caused as a result of the repairs he made. He wrote up a complete description of the work he completed and left it attached to the furnace for the next inspection. We were very please with his work and the time he took to insure that our furnace was running to its prime. We will be using Anthony's for any of our future furnace inspections.
