We had a great experience with Anthony Plumbing Heating & Cooling. Kevin completed our inspection/tune-up and was very thorough and educational. We will definitely remember Anthony PH&C in the future.

The tech Charles checked and cleaned the system and said I had a leak. He added 3 lbs. of refrigerant. He said the company would need to send someone else out to find the leak. This would cost $342.00 for the search. If it was in the coil the cost would be aprox. $1200.00 to $2500.00 to fix plus the cost of refrigerant which is $59.00 a lb. He suggested I might be better off buying a new unit. My system is 9 yrs old and I have had it checked every year. (I chose this company because they had a coupon and I thought it was the original Anthony that I used to use many years ago. I found out from the tech It is not, but was purchased by another company). I pulled the original information that came with the unit and asked if anything would be covered by the warranty and he said no. Call it instinct but I decided to call the company who installed it and has maintained it over the years (Top Notch) and made a apt. to have them do a maintenance check. They came out and found the leak on same visit. It was in the outside coil and they checked and found it was still under warranty. They ordered the part and a week later replaced the coil, added 12 lbs. of refrigerant that was also included in the warranty. All I paid for was labor. Lesson learned - stick with the company you know and trust regardless of coupons.

Our a/c stopped blowing cold air on Saturday morning. I called Anthony's the next day and they were able to get someone to come look at our unit by the evening of the same day. The tech was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. The tech provided options for repair that would save money. The repair took less than an hour. I'm glad I was able to find this company that could provide weekend service during a hot season!

Our a/c went out when it was 95 degrees. Our baby was three weeks old so we needed someone out fast to get it repaired. one company (R-tech) did send someone but they weren't there to repair the system. Rather they charged us 50 bucks for showing up and giving us a bunch of bs about needing a new system. They said they could get someone out in a day or two, while our house remained at 85 degrees. When we called Anthony's and explained our situation, they went out of there way to get someone to our house as soon as possible. They also went over the possible causes and the costs of repair. Rather than trying to persuade us into expensive repairs they started with the cheapest (capacitor) and tHe system has worked fine since. When wE need service in the future, they'll be The first company we call.

Tech. arrived when he was scheduled to, did an excellent job in a timely manner and left the property neat as it was when he arrive.

It went great. The gentleman was able to look at everything and let me know what I needed to do now (nothing) and what I might be looking at a couple years down the road. I also had some specific questions around setting up the ducts properly for summer efficiency and he helped me walk through that. Would definitely use them again.

They sent a plumber team and it went very well. He did the job properly and he told me what he was going to do and he did. The only thing is, he did not inspect the water heater. He is a professional and I trust him, but it is an old water heater so he did not want to touch it. That is the only thing that he did not do well otherwise everything else he did very well. I had some bad service done by another guy on my air conditioner and when I contacted the Anthony guys were professional enough to give me one-year free services. They stood by and I am glad they did that. Their pricing was a very good deal. The responsiveness is good, they came right on time. I would definitely use him again.

Ed and Bobby were professional and knowledgeable about the project. Neither needed nor wanted to come into the home based on the report I provided from Roto-Rooter generated just days earlier. Roto-Rooter claimed part of the sidewalk would likely be damaged and replaced as part of the project due to the proximity to the sewer line. Ed said this would not be the case if Anthony performed the work; they would excavate close to and beneath the sidewalk. Anthony's price was also lower than RR's by 10% before the additional 10% ASAP membership savings. I also appreciated the explanation that leaking sewer lines took priority over standard line replacement and that my job would likely occur within a day or two of accepting the quote.

Kyle went over the service he was doing, and found issues with the old system. he did what he could and fixed a few things that i did not know where bad.

The tune up was completed as expected. When the problem was more complicated than expected, another repairman came to assist, and was just as polite and helpful as the first repairman.

I have not yet received service. I purchased the service on 27 May 2015. A calendar popped up and asked when I would like service. I put in a date -- perhaps two weeks in the future. I then received a call from the company saying the first date they could ger to me is July 15th. I was told they would try to get to me sooner if they had a cancellation. Business must be good -- evidently no cancellations to date. I do not like a system that requires payment before you find out when the service date is. Not a good experience.

It was fine. I would use them in the future.

Had to locate a fan motor, get it, retrofit it.

The service man was very professional and explained it to me and then allowed me to get my cell so that he could explain the work to my husband.

Scheduled air conditioner chech which is part of the service that I pay monthly for. I get preferential scheduling if a problem as well as routine maintenance. They call to schedule this and call the day before and when on the way. This company has been consistently honest. Professional and efficient. I have had the same tech, Jon each time and he tries to save me money. Is not pushy . Checks every little detail of my outside unit. Also did a brief chech on the window unit. Always educates me. Does not do work if not needed. Have used them for plumbing too with great results. I am sold.

They are very professional and did everything promised and more. We are very happy with everything they did.

I called Anthony PHC at 4:30pm Thursday and spoke with Kim. She was very pleasant and courteous to speak with. When I explained the situation I was having with the A/C unit Kim worked very hard to get us a technician to our home ASAP. I decided to schedule the service call for the next day. They informed me that Kirk was going to be at our home between noon and 1pm on Friday. Kirk was very friendly and very helpful. During the visit he checked everything out and found out the our A/C unit was overcharged. He removed some of the Freon and during all of this I was there with Kirk and he showed me everything that he was doing and why. Kirk was very professional. I will be using Anthony PHC again, Very happy customer.

I received a tune-up on my AC system. I also got a quote replacing my entire system. The quote was significantly higher than 3 other reputable companies in the area. Really liked the sales person/ technician they sent. But, no one could explain the exact numbers as to why it would cost a little over $1,000 more for them to install the same system the other guys were going to install. All I got from numerous sources at the company was that they offer a warranty and they "install everything correctly." I really want to use Anthony for my system, because our sales guy was very knowledgeable, honest, and personable. While I am not willing to go to the cheapest service provider for replacing my system, I am not sure I can go to the most expensive provider who has similar reviews and a similar reputation to cheaper and still reputable companies. Still deciding on the company, but, really felt comfortable with Anthony's employees. If you're wanting something fixed or inspected-definitely call Anthony out! They know they're stuff!

Fantastic. Shoed up a bit early, was very clean in his work. Very respectfull and knowledgable. These guys are great. I would use them again and they would always be my first call.

We discovered the unit was not working in the morning, and called Anthony to schedule a repair appointment. They were able to send out a technician out right away, although they delayed the appointment to allow time for my wife to run some errands. The tech arrived on time and they called in advance to tell us he was coming - great service. When he arrived, he ran through normal diagnostics, and then discovered that a pest had eaten though some of the wires and shorted out the unit. He found the damaged relay and replaced it. That is nice work and what I expected. It's what he did next that sets Anthony apart. After fixing the unit, he discovered that our coils were dirty and inhibiting proper operation. We were losing more than half our efficiency, so he showed me how to clean them and then went ahead and did the full job himself. In addition, he showed me how the mouse or other similar pest had gotten into our unit and provided some suggestions on eliminating the pest. He found the problem, fixed it and then continued to provide even more service. I found that was true with their last technician to visit, so this appears to be a company wide effort to provide the best service possible. I plan to use Anthony for all our future needs.

We had another provider install a humidifier and service our air conditioner unit on Friday. Our unit has not worked since. Tim fixed all wiring and installation problems, and will be back tomorrow to make sure everything is working properly. We are very pleased. Next time we will call Anthony Plumbing, Heating and Cooling first! I also appreciated that the technician wore shoe covers and was very careful with my home and belongings. He was very courteous. We could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this company. The pricing is fair, and the entire experience is smooth and pleasant.

Everyone was very professional. I called to have the shutoff valves for my washing machine replaced as they were leaking. I was told there would be an $89 service call charge which I accepted though I though it was high. I explained that i wanted the shutoff valves that are automatic if the hoses should burst. The serviceman came on time, was very nice and professional. He looked at the problem and told me they did not do the automatic shutoff valves as they have had problems with them in the past. He said he would install new brass valves and metal mesh reinforced hoses and that would solve the problem. That was acceptable so he looked at his price book and quoted an additional $385 for that simple work. While I thought that to be outrageous I accepted the price as I was already in for the service charge and the valve was leaking. $449 for something you could dyi for about $30. Needless to say I would not recommend Anthony Plumbing on price.
