I am on a plan, it is for a fall furnace check and spring A/C check. I am going ton use them again. The guy discovered a problem with the furnace and he did his best to rectify it without having to resort to putting a new part in. Unfortunately, he was not able to do that. He said this is about what it runs and called and they said yes w have that part. Instead of making another appointment that he would have to come back and do that, he left the house and went to the ware house. He picked up the part, came back to the house and installed it.

Arrived on time and completed work as promised

They didn't charge a service call because we pay a monthly fee to be covered. They're always on time and they do good work. They are reliable.

They are good. We really liked them. We were very impressed with them. They had a great quality of work.

The price is reasonable. The guy is very friendly. They gave a thorough overall on everything when they came to do the check up.

They were awful, I would not recommend them to anyone. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me with those prices. I found someone to do it for $350.

I have a yearly contract with them so they provide me yearly services. They are easy to work with and they are pretty straight shooters as far as the cost of work and how long it will take. The workers I came in contact with are all pretty professional. They get the job done right and on time.

The plumber they sent out didn't do a very thorough job, a really hurry up job. I was not pleased. They were good when they started out, their prices started to go up and the last couple of plumbers they sent out did not do a very good job.

The inspection and servicing went well. The technician was courteous and professional. When they found an issue, they explained the problem and laid out the options clearly and concisely, The only downside to the whole experience was the 2 month delay between when I called to schedule and their first available appointment. I guess that means business is good!

Bill K. was our technician and he was one of the most professional, knowledgeable technicians I have ever worked with. He listened and answered all of our questions and not one time did we feel like he was was condescending or arrogant at all. We will only use Anthony for any of our heating and plumping needs from now on thanks to how excellent Bill was!

Their work was absolutely great. They came out and serviced my heater even on a weekend. The cost of service was part of annual membership. The workers that came were polite and professional.I would definitely use them again.

The technician, Gary, arrived on time and performed the tune up quickly and efficiently. All was very professional and very impressive! This is a great company to work with.

Chris H. is an honest hardworking technician. I've worked with him for many years and always request him to do my service maintenance. The company I used before, Quick Service, was purchased by Anthony's. I requested Chris H., who I've worked with many times, and I couldn't tell the difference. I use Anthony for all five of my properties, my personal residence and my four rental houses. I am on a plan that I pay something every month and I get fall furnace maintenance and spring A/C preventative maintenance. It also helps me get a discount on service from the standard price & most importantly, puts me on a priority list for service during the year if anything needs a service call which is good or me personally and my tenants too. I figure that I am pushing out my need to replace my equipment by taking care of it. Give them a call and let them prove their worth to you. I'm a tough consumer and I'm satisfied. phd

They were professional, thorough, and easy to work with. They showed up on time. They contacted me beforehand. He explained what he did. When he left I was happy.

One time they dropped a wrench on a brand new appliance and left a big dent in it and sometimes they're booked up so it may take them 2 to 5 days to come out.

We've been satisfied with them. We have a service contract with them. I've been pretty satisfied with them for the most part. We pay them $15 a month for them to do a semi-annual PM on our system. I think there was no charge in addition to that. This was just a regular visit that they do twice a year for us. They're a little bit bigger company than KC Metro Plumbing, which is just like father and son. So it took a little longer to get them out for the service. There were little communication glitches just a couple of times. They're pretty close to an 'A.' We did have an issue, going back probably a couple of years or a year and a half or something like that. They were out to do the PM and then not long after that we had an issue of something that should have been caught during the PM. But they came out and fixed it right away. I think it was just kind of a young and inexperienced new tech doing the PM and they missed something that they came back and corrected. We got a new HVAC system from them probably five years ago. Within six months after we did that, one of their techs that did that called me about some type of personal business venture that he was trying to get started up. I don't know if he wasn't working with them anymore or not, but just the fact that he had my number and was calling me for solicitation of something else, I didn't appreciate that.

They did a very good job on the tankless hot water heater and they were very reasonable. Comparing other bids we had done. When they installed the toilet, I think we were over charged for this. They charged us a reasonable price for the tankless hot water heater. They are very reliable. They are dependable. They have been in business for long.

Anthony is extremely dependable. Every technician is like hand-picked, congenial, nice, thorough, good. In fact, I was a dependable customer for years. But Anthony is not inexpensive. Now that I'm retired, I decided I needed to venture out and try to find a service less costly. But you truly can trust these people with your housekeys. I would.

Great customer service by this organization. I can also count on them to do a great job. If problems occur during the heating or cooling systems their program provides immediate service and repairs.

I did not use them as they refused to give a free estimate. All other contractors contacted from the Johnson County recommended list readily agreed to do an estimate.

Very prompt follow-up from provider to set up appointment. Service was great.

They come out twice a year we're on the maintenance contract with them. I love them, their just excellent. We send all our friends and family to them as well.

My first contact was with Rob Rogers who provided the quote. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to give me a call back on his vacation. Quote format was excellent. Chris Bradley performed the actual installation. I can't say enough great things about Chris, he was personable, on-time, clean, thorough and knowledgeable. He worked extremely long hours in a dark, damp crawl space to get our new HVAC system installed as soon as possible! I am so impressed with how Chris handled the whole installation - making what could have been a disagreeable project for the company into a wonderful experience. I would never hesitate to recommend Anthony PHC based on my contact with Rob and Chris. Thanks Guys!!
