Description of Work: They repaired the exhaust flue and pipe running from the furnace and hot water heater. The flue had rusted through and the pipe was weakened by rust. They came out quickly to do the repair because the house had been sold and the rusted flue was missed in the inspection.

Description of Work: Anthony replaced our central air conditioner. On June 17th, Devin performed an in depth analysis to "right-size" the a/c capacity for our home. He was extremely thorough and polite. He communicated fully the benefits provided by Anthony PHC! On June 18th, CJ and his assistants removed the old coil and compressor, moved the humidifier to the front of the furnace, and installed the new central air conditioner system! The workers were professional, polite, and efficient. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and the benefits! We HIGHLY recommend Anthony PHC to others!

Description of Work: Anthony Plumbing came for my yearly air conditioning tune up (first time I had used them for this service). The drain tube always needs cleaned at the beginning of each AC season and since the unit is in the attic is a crucial piece of service. My service rep repaired the plug and he also addressed a wiring issue effectively on the condenser. I asked for the filter to be changed and he reported the filter was OK. I should have sent back up to the attic because that filter was six months old and I knew it wasn't ok. So I changed it myself at a later date. | |Certainly I would use Anthony's Plumbing again, I just had a small misstep with the service rep.
